My case very complex and they should never have taken my case. Without going into the whole bang of the story. Brand new clasp just broke off while I was eating. At first they refused to fix it and told me I can walk around without the clasp. I told them you got to be kidding the warranty for the dentures was ten years. The clasp is one year only. Well is that such a surprise because of certain situation. They eventually, fix it and gave me partial temporary; which they want another 300.00. I need something because I have implants. More of the story, over nine teeth had fallen out of my denture and going to them early in the morning and takes four hours for them to fix it. I never had such horrible experience as I have with these folks. Have been to another dentist (medical) No problem and had the right type of insert to get a mold. I never had a company take so many molds as they did. Horrible job and also Let the buyer beware. I came to them because I thought they were do a very nice job. Teeth too damn big, the frontal one shorter than the other. Bite off, my bottom do not fit right and refuse to use the back implant and they should have never taken the case. Result I filed complaint with BBB and also TX dental Board. They should have told the people we will not take this case and I she needs to go find another provider and a very complex case. Horrible and all I receive back was my behavior was horrible and hello and they just do not like if you stand up for yourself and you supposed to be robot and doormat and take it. It is two way street, and also others review how one consumer stated to manager and he start yelling at him and walked him out the door. People paid services for good treatment and for dentist not to do half of the work and cases are very complex and time to look for someone who going to do the work and make sure what it going to be before the work gets done. It is two way street.

Will not honor their own warranty. Their staff is rude and incompetent. Same day service is not guaranteed. They belittle their patients. They wont or cant fix their mistakes, my dentist had to fix their screw up on my partial. They told me numerous times I had a three year warranty and when I went in to get warranty work, they would not validate or honor it, stating I only had a one year warranty. They told me after I purchased the acrylic partial that they are not meant to last 5 years, when I specifically told them I needed one that would last that long. This was when they told me I had a three year warranty. Now they wont honor it! Even when I called to verify. Now they want to charge me almost 100 dollars to fix my partial, because it is cracked. They also do not bill your insurance correctly. So beware!

I was in office in Georgetown on July 25th, 2017 to have my final visit attaching my dentures to my implants. This visit took awhile since the screws that they attach to dentures did not want to clip on. So this took several different trys before they would fit correctly. Since going to DDS Dentures I have always felt that their staff are really rushed this makes me feel like they just want to get me out the door. The staff have been really nice but are not really well trained at telling every step thats taking place. I have spent a great deal of money on my dentures and implants you would think they would treat you with better service. I will be back in office tomorrow because my top denture does not fit good since they took out the soft liner. We will see how that goes! Not Happy! Carolyn King.

I had a very good experience with DDS Dentures in Georgetown. Kathy, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had already decided to have my tooth removed as opposed to having a new crown that had fallen off years ago. I don’t have dental insurance and couldn’t afford to spend $1200 that was quoted to me by other dentists. The lady that took my x-rays answered all my questions I had concerning my teeth. The Dentist, Dr. B told me I would still have problems if they replaced the crown and that removing the tooth was recommended. He pulled the whole tooth out in one piece. I paid $130 compared to the other dentist offices for $200. I was at the office in less than one hour. I am very happy with this dentist office.

This place should change their name to The Casey Anthony Dentures & Dental Services Center & their slogan should be "Well feed you a mouthful of lies". I took my mother here & we were told they were going to provide a bottom over denture that would be soft & comfortable that she would love. They promised that no food would get under it, it would have soft "gaskets" & that she wouldnt have to wear any sort of sealer or grip solution. They told her she wouldnt talk like she had a mouth full of rocks. And they told her shed have her new partial in 2 days (3 different people told her so). Well, true to their new slogan that was all a mouthful of lies! Buyer beware with these people!!!

This is the best place to go to, from the moment that you open the door you go the window and the experience starts, the ladies at the window are super nice and make the paper work easy to understand, the staff is very professional and make you feel at home. The best part is that they know what they are doing and they do it right. My last experience before I came to this place was horrible, dentures never felt right went back at least 20 times until I gave up, two years later they broke, this time they made them in two days, went back one time for adjustment and baaamm done, thank you DDS staff for making a difference in my life.

EXCELLENCE is what DDS is all about! Have been a patient of theirs for ten months now; nothing but positive experience each and every appointment. I always feel quite comfortable with the entire staff...Dr. Fendley has led the path to my wonderful new smile; but I so appreciate the fine work of the group. Each person listens intently and is professional, just very nice folks in handling your dental needs. On a personal note...the women at front desk are my faves, theyre warm and pleasant and so helpful with questions. Yes, Kathy and Cindy work splendidly as a pair, youll feel happy to meet them and for choosing DDS !!!

These folks are just wonderful! I got their information from the internet and did a cold call to see if I could get my husband an appointment. Kathey took his information and got us in last Friday. Every single person we met on Friday was so helpful and just plain NICE! And honest too. We had been places before where we were charged for very negligible services, but here a minor repair was done free of charge. I will say that it was such a great dentists office that I immediately asked for an appointment for myself, and I have been avoiding dentists for YEARS! Dr B and his whole office are that wonderful!
