This place is AWESOME, and I havent had the best experiences with dentists, so believe me when I say "AWESOME"! Codi and Susan are always smiling and kind. They do a fantastic job taking great care of filing insurance and rescheduling appointments, etc.. Ive never had any issues with insurance, thanks to these two. Everyone that works here, portrays a happy and wonderful work environment. Their offices are always clean. Hygienists: Marla and Gladys will have you laughing and feeling relaxed. They are very kind and interested in everything about you. They do a great job and are very gentle. Marla diagnosed an illness I didnt even realize I had. Kudos to her. Dr. Smith is a very upbeat kinda guy. Hes always happy and you can tell he really enjoys what he does for a living. He is very caring and only wants the best for his clients. He wants to be there to help you with any problem you might be experiencing, you are NOT just another person. There are dentists in my hometown, but my husband and I dont mind the drive, because of the GREAT care we get with Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff. I would definitely rate this place #1. When I went to Dr. Smith for my third estimate on my badly needed dental work, I was put at ease immediately by the friendly greeting at the door. Dr. Smiths staff are very friendly and put my anxiety to rest with their support. I was there for a third opinion on the best treatment plan and price. So here is what ultimately made me choose Dr. Smith from the other dentists. He was a straight shooter. He told me the pros and cons of my treatment plan. His estimate was the middle one cost-wise. But his plan offered same day crowns. That option and the entire aura of the office staff were enough for me to select his service. That was in December 2016. I am going back for more work next week. Rather than dreading my visit I am comfortable that the work will be efficient and that I will be treated as a valued client. That is a winning combination in my book.

My husband and I both have been so thrilled and satisfied with the treatment we received at Dr. Smiths office. He did a root canal for me as good as any of the specialists my husband has gone to. This was my very first root canal and Im amazed it went so well. His hygienist, Marla was awesome, along with Susan and Codi in the front. Gina was outstanding and so was Hannah. Im sure I left someone out, but certainly not intended. Dr. Smith follows up at night by calling and checking to see if you are doing ok. What an outstanding group of people at West Bluff Dental. If you need a dentist, he is highly recommended.

Although I strongly dislike having any dental work done, Dr. Alexander Smith and all of his staff are completely professional and comforting. They always ask how my family is doing and show a sincere interest in my answer. My entire family, parents, niece, and in-laws use West Bluff Dental Care and are truely satisfied and happy with their experiences there. I have been to other dentists who have tried to "sell" unnecessary procedures and equipment. This is NOT a place that does this. Thank you for being the BEST dental practice in Granbury!!

I am not one to write reviews, but my recent experience getting a same day crown at Dr. Smiths office blew me away! No more multiple appointments and temporary crowns while you wait for yours to be made at an external lab. Dr. Smith has this cutting edge technology in his office and hes an expert at crafting your custom crown. The entire visit from start to finish was pleasant, comfortable and effortless. Amazing ! I had to replace crowns on my two front teeth and was in and out in 3 hours! I mentioned something in my bite was off a few days later and Dr. Smith insisted I come back in- even offered to come on a weekend. He made sure I was completely satisfied. These folks are awesome! On recommendation from friends we started going to this clinic 5 years ago. Shortly after we started the dentist retired and sold his practice. I was a bit disappointed and worried about Dr. Smith meeting the same standard. I was so wrong. If anything the quality of care improved and the office staff are the best!
