I’m sure Dr. Rosenbaum is an excellent dentist. However I also feel as I have been misled by his office. Time is the upmost importance to me, and when you schedule something it should be so. In person I had scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I arrived a little early and they had had me back in a chair in quick order, once there the Technician began to explain what she was going to do. I asked if my teeth were going to be cleaned and she advised me they were not. Frustrated I left after wasting part of a vacation day. If they need a pre appointment to clean my teeth they should have advised me that it would take a minimum of two appointments to do so. So part of a vacation day totally wasted and teeth still not cleaned.
