I was extremely disappointed at the overall experience we recieved from Lincoln Trail Diagnostics. We were quoted a price of $600, when I got there they charged us $800 without a good explanation. While they were in the process of giving my son the MRI the computer stopped in the middle so the whole process took one hour when it was supposed to take 30 minutes. We had the procedure done on Jan 27th, they told me the next day they would send the results to my doctor. On February 5th, nine days later, my doctor called and said they had the results of the MRI but not the actual MRI itself. We had to call Lincoln Trail to get the MRI sent to our doctor they apologized and said they would overnight the MRI to the doctor and the results to us and that we could expect it the next day. It is February 7th and we still have received nothing from them. They have lied to us in almost every aspect of communication with them.

Had a great experience getting my MRI at Lincoln Trail Diagnostics. They had me in and out before my scheduled appointment time and results back to my referring physician next day. The Front Desk staff was cheerful and professional- Thank you LTD

Very rude my gf is claustrophobic and the made her feel terrible about it as well as belittled her feeling. Even worse we get to the dr and he says he couldnt even read it!
