Horrible I went this week after being without my pain medications cause I was trying to do without when I went I saw Denise Wilburn when I saw her over 2 months ago she claimed I had oxycodone in urine screen a lie as I know I had no narcotic in my pee and they prescribe hydrocodone for me. Sshe said if it happened again Id be cut off. When I went this week she found out Id gone to the dentist and had a jaw tooth extracted my dentist gave me 10 norco when I had 2 days left of primary cares. She said I broke my drug contract with them and would be given no more norco after I was drug tested and asked to fill out paper rateings my pain she then had the nerve to tell me my pain must not be to bad or I wouldnt have waited 2 months to come back in she could care less about my side of it then offered me arthritis meds NSAIDs like inuprophen like I need her to get that not to mention they are well aware that I was hospitalized in icu for bleeding ulcers from inuprophen. Then she said well take Tylenol when I told her I had been and it wasnt enough I got the phony sorry sir she turned her back on me walked out still holing the pain rateings she has had it in for me starting with my second visit to her she seem to make it her mission to spy on me an knew before the urine screen she was cutting me off I got news for this fat moo cow whos to stupid to be a mad thats why they have Arnp writing pain meds cause there greedy she will only see me when I come back to get my medical records. Dr berry md was a kind compassionate dr my dr who died I found out from the medical can that he died this place didnt even have the decency to tell his patients after that the whole place started to go down hill. Also when I went the med assistant went to weigh me and couldnt because the scale was broke one weight scale I look for this place to go under most of their patients have left. I have degenerative disc disease and the relatives of an adult whos stupid enough to od in a huge amount of pills has to blames anyone except the person responsible the person who swallowed the pills sorry I dont feel one bit sorry for them they have screwed things up for legitament patients like me chasing a high they will never get back dr.s arnt there to judge or follow a patient around if they gave out to many prescriptions it was because the patient asked for them the same people would be claiming their relative wcommited suicide because the dr under treated their pain the goverment needs to stay out of what used to be a noble profession and a sacared trust between patient an md into the greedy buisness it is now dr that Stan their own patients in the back because they sold their self out to the cdc and dea like a 2 dollor hooker. Also I was never given a copy of my drug contract even though I asked for one wished Id never signed it and by the way this isnt the law its just what the sell out dr decided to do profile and distrust patients and as far as patients lie so do drug test an medical clinics........ Dont go to this place or you will end up being sorry I even asked to be sent to pain management and the otherarnp mark dyer acted like he didnt hear me they care about 2 things getting money and covering their kwn but doing it....

After being seen in Mr. Campbells office for over 2 years I had an Emergency and needed to be put in the hosptial. My primary care provider was Mark Dyer ARNP who is wonderfull and i would trust with my childs life. I was taken by ambulance from the office to Campbells private hosptial behind walmart in clarksville when I got there my wife asked the nurse for something for the pain ( I had Cellulittess) she said she would call the Dr. after an hour she came back and informed us Dr. Campbell said I could not have anything for pain and he would decuss it with me when he got here in 6 hours!!!!! First off where is Mark Dyer who has been treating me for 2 years and knows me? seecond how do you leave a man in pain without even a assprin? When Campbell arived My family asked him those 2 questions, I guess that was the wrong thing to do he dose not like his decissions questioned. Dr. Campbell is at best a rude man with no bed side manners and at worst a thief who keeps pushing pills on his clients to keep them quiet and bills the state wile not treating the problems so his clients can go on to live happy and healthy lives. any way when I finely meet Mr. Campbell he informed me that he did not liked to be questioned at that point I askes to be transfered to Clark Memorial Hosptial he said that was my right but if I did I would no longer be allowed to see Mark Dyer or anyone in his office, well I was transfered and found out Dr.Campbell no longer has access to Clark and can no longer treat anyone there, If you go to PHYSICIANS PRIMARY CARE SERVICES you will be treated rudely by the staff and watch for the medical assistances thay are the rudest bunch of people I have ever meet, ther are a few who i belive care about ther wok but it seems for the most part all thay care about is the pay check.

Unfortunately, Ive had multiple bad experiences here. I have made appointments for an allergic reaction and a pinched nerve, and neither time was I able to see an actual doctor. Even just to see a nurse practitioner the wait was, quite frankly, unacceptable. I have waited upwards of two hours for my appointment to begin on more than one occasion. I had a follow up appointment yesterday that I made a week ago, specifically requesting a time of day when I wouldnt have the long wait time. After waiting 45 minutes just to check in, I decided to go elsewhere. On my previous visit, there were so many people waiting to be seen that every chair in the waiting room was full and people were filling the lobby and outside. However, Ive had long wait times even when the office doesnt appear to be busy. During my allergic reaction, I was told to keep a food diary until my next appointment that the nurse ignored once I got seen. It appears to me that the practice overbooks patients, resulting in long wait times and short appointments. And each time, there are multiple patients complaining about these issues. I have observed, more than once, pill seeking patients (that the nursing staff were openly discussing), people sporting face and hand tattoos including gang symbols, and patients openly discussing their prison sentences. While I certainly admire the philosophy of a practice that serves many uninsured people, it is at the expense of what I would call quality care.

Its all about the money there. They have their own laboratory. Charge $15 to draw your blood, then for the lab work. About a month later youll receive an additional bill from an outside laboratory. When I called to get the reports from my tests I was told that no reports are ever given over the phone due to HIPAA regulations. (Not true about those regulations. I served on a HIPAA task force at work.) I went to the office and asked for copies of the reports. They gave them to me without even asking for ID. So much for HIPAA. They want you to make another appointment to get your results. In other words, pay again. Also, I missed an appointment when my husband passed away. Needless to say it was the last thing I was thinking of at the time. When I ran out of meds, I called the drugstore for a refill. They were unable to refill it because Physicians Primary Care would not verify the prescription over the phone. I had to go back (pay for another appointment) just to get refills. BTW, the bill for my missed appointment? $65. Guess they can just write that off their books. I refuse to pay for services I do not receive. I found another physician whose office calls me with results and who will refill prescriptions over the phone with the pharmacy. In other words, I found a doctor who cares as much about his patients as he does his bank book.
