This location is absolutely terrible. The service is the worst Ive seen in the industry. All the ladies did was chat instead of getting the patients in and out. Slowest service of all the MACL locations by far. I dont recommend coming here to anybody. Save yourselves some time, and just go to another location.

I came in on a Wednesday morning around 7:30am and customer service was very pleasant. Sara was smiling, friendly, and very welcoming! Which is sometimes hard to get at this time of morning. I was in and out around about 15min. I also found out they are also open on Saturdays from 7-12.

The clinic on Clear Vista Avenue location in Indianapolis did not provide a good service over the phone. They act as if they did not want to be there and you are bothering them.

Terrible experience. Lady was rude. She was the only person working even though there was a line of at least 7 people. Extremely slow. Do not come here. They are aweful!

I have been grtiing blood drawn for my hemachamtosis for 3 years niw and regular test every 6 months. I have never had a bad stick. If you gotta get stuck get it here!

Customer service is terrible. Cant call directly and when you talk to the main office, theyre not sure of the branch hours. A real waste of time.
