Excellent! I needed a full blood panel done for baseline purposes. I had a full comprehensive blood panel, lipids and urinalysis. When I walked in there was one gentleman waiting. The tech took him in for a quick pee sample and then called me in. It was 5 minutes before my scheduled time. The tech in charge was personable, gave good instructions and asked appropriate questions. She even took the time to check the bathroom after the gentleman before me (do you all leave the seat up?) and made sure it was clean and tidy. To the person who remarked about the sink in the bathroom having tape on it...I think that has something to do with urinalysis collection protocol for drug testing. I was then led into the blood collection room and the tech in charge introduced me to Amber, who was finishing her Phlebotomy degree, and asked if she could do the blood draw. I agreed, simply because I have never had an issue with draws and how else are they to learn. Amber was remarkable. I didnt feel a thing, she was quick confident and professional. I asked a few questions and was out the door 2-3 minutes later. I was certainly use this site again in the future. Well done ladies.

I went for a drug screen for work and they had me wait on a room and forgot about me for 20 minutes. When I came out to find someone they were apologetic but still slow. Then I just received an email that I have to come back in because they didnt label the container so I have to take time out of my day again and find a sitter so I can retake it due to their mistake. Not going back there, Ill go to another location.

The location is small, but I walked right in and was greeted and taken care of in no time at all. Plus, the lab tech that took care of me, Bessie, was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to while she was taking my information and taking a blood sample for the test I came for. She was knowledgeable when it came to insurance as well, and also a quick, but careful, worker! Kudos to Bessie! :)

I had no problem. I made an appointment and registered online. I arrived about ten minutes early and was out the door before my scheduled time. Efficient and friendly. Located just east of the tennis club on the same side of the street.

Allowed a student to take blood. What a mistake! It did not help that the instructor wasnt doing her job either. That was the most painful experience and, I have had over 100 blood draws!

Had to wait over 45 minutes to get a basic drug test. Over 80 degrees in the waiting room. Need more staff. Latoya was rude and obviously does not want to work there.
