After an hour wait, they told me they couldnt find the lab orders my doctor had faxed to them the week before. They had them yesterday when Id called to confirm I needed to fast, so theyd managed to just lose them overnight. Update: Two weeks later they call me; they forgot to freeze the blood samples, cant do the test, and want me to come back in. Why did they wait so long? At this rate I wont have results for *a month* for a critical medical test.

My wife drove to 3 different Mid-America Labs for a glucose test. This was the third. Keep in mind shes pregnant and getting tested for gestational diabetes... Greeted with a rude " youre cutting it close" by the lady up front, but they checked her in all the same. 1 hour later they call her into a room to tell them they cant do the test today because they dont have the time. She arrived more than 3 hours before they close. Poor CS, ghetto attitudes.
