This is the worst establishment I have ever had an experience at. I walked in on a Saturday morning to get my labs done, First, they completely skipped over my name during check in. After (finally) getting back to do my labs, the nurse asked me which arm I prefer to have blood taken from. She must not know the difference between right and left because after telling her the right arm, she takes it from my left, but I let her go ahead and do it so shed feel like an idiot when she couldnt find the vein, which she did. I also had to leave a urine sample. After washing my hands, the nurse said I was free to leave and started to walk away. I had to remind her to put my name label on the cup! She responded by saying, "Oh, yeah." I get a call from my doctor a few days later stating that they poured my urine into the wrong tube and I had to come back in to leave another urine sample. The employees at this location really need to get there s*** together!

I have very small veins and have always been very difficult for anyone to stick, whether for a blood draw or IV. I usually have to get stuck multiple times, and then they dig the needle around before they find the vein. I decided to try this lab to see if I might have a better experience. This lab was great! They got me right in, and the phlebotomist got my vein on the first try. I barely felt the needle and she drew blood right away, no digging around. Best experience Ive had. I will definitely be returning here for any labwork I may need done in the future. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using this lab for blood work. I was greeted quickly by a very polite young woman. She took my info (I did not have to fill out several pages of medical/insurance papers which was a plus) and within a few minutes I was being seen. I have small, deep veins and have had trouble with other providers. No problems here. I will use them again and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Our insurance forces us to go here. And at first I didnt like it. You know being told where to go and all. But I have to say these ladys are very quick and professionals at there jobs. In and out in 20 min or less. Go in the am around 8 am maybe slower later in the day! Thanks to the staff at county line road. See next Monday.

I took my daughter (19 months) in for some lab work. Amy did such an amazing job, my daughter didnt even flinch... No tears, no screaming!!! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. The woman at the front desk was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Ive come to this lab for nearly 10 years and have always been treated professionally, courteously, and pleasantly. I drive 9 miles to use this particular lab. Its almost always one quick stick and Im out! I appreciate the skills involved to do that!
