Because zero stars isn’t an option. This is a horrible practice with ambivalent and uncaring staff. If you are even a minute late of their scheduled appointment time your visit will be cancelled though you will be offered a reschedule. The attitude that the desk staff offers is aloof and their office manager apparently encourages poor customer service. This was a first visit for my mother who has a bad hip, is legally blind, a heart condition, is diabetic and currently undergoing chemotherapy for a second bout of breast cancer. I used to work for the company with the world’s worse customer service, I know bad service when I see it. There are a lot of other health care options out there, like voodoo or faith healing which I think would have more competence and care and results than this exceptionally disappointing practice. If I was an @$$#0!3 in their office it is because I met with this kind of attitude and returned it in kind. Of course the police were called on me, they would for you to if it was your mother getting jerked around.

I just called to see if my doctors test orders had arrived. Person who answered the phone just said "yes" - no self intro or message saying I had reached Mid America! Definitely not welcoming - although the good news - I was told me doctors orders had arrived.

Every time I tell them to have my lab work sent to doctor office they never do and then I have to wait for them to be faxed,Do your job if you dont want to then give it to ppl who care.

Wife and I live off Zionsville Rd and use the lab for location and they have been very good there
