I dont know why everyone is giving such bad reviews. When I just went in on Tuesday, I didnt have an appointment, just a lab order from my doctor, and it wasnt slow at all. You come in, sign the sign-in sheet, and it asks for an appointment time next to your name, if you have one. I got in within about 30 minutes, which is fantastic when appointments have priority. They make sure the people with appointments get seen as quickly as possible. Just dont be late for your appointment if you make one. Otherwise, of course they have to move on and then squeeze you back in. The only reason I dont give five stars is for the front desk not having a person there at the window to describe how sign-in works to people who have never been. Some people walk in and wait at the window to be seen, when all they need to do is sign the sheet and sit down and wait. Although that window person would literally have to sit there all day for just that reason, and they wouldnt be as efficient and quick without putting that person to better use. They called back almost five people at a time when I was there.

The service has went down to nothing in the past two years. In the beginning I could walk in any time of the day and be seen usually within 20-30 minutes and be on my way. Now, although they have new furniture, new paint, new staff, everything new.... They are sooooo slow. Like I can feel myself aging while I wait. They are super nice HOWEVER.... Im 2nd in line at 7:30 (their opening time) and hour later im still here. I do not understand.

My wife has been in tears and pain for hours from the unprofessional and inexperienced staff who poked her vien 4 times and punctured it causing intense bruising and swelling. The nurse then poked her other arm while my wife is crying in pain. They didnt even offer ice for the swelling and just sent us on our way. This place should be shut down permanently! I will be filing a legal complaint.

Terrible service, totally unorganized, appointment time is irrelevant and useless. Been having to go here for several years now due to insurance requirements and I hate it. Totally unprofessional and always understaffed. The only positive thing was the young man drawing the blood was excellent at his job!!

I cant believe how rude the staff is. I waited forever before even being spoken to, an elderly gentleman came in to ask if this was the right lab and the lady had the most condescending tone while helping him figure out where he was supposed to be. Please hire new staff that dont treat patients like crap!!

I always have a pleasant experience here, even when theyre busy. I actually look forward to having lab work done, because the girls seem to care about the patients and make it as pleasurable an experience as giving blood and peeling in a cup can be.

I didnt have a bad experience but i Did over hear a staff member call a patient a stupid bi**h because no one was at the front doing their jobs so she said hello to get someone attention after standing there for ten mins. Very unprofessional

I have always had a good visit here and waited a short amount of time but that is to be expected. Sometimes I even got in quickly. I think timing is everything sometimes. I keep coming back because it has been a very positive experience.
