Let me tell you about this company. First, I have really great insurance and they asked me to give them a credit card and sign something. There was such a long line and such a frenzy I signed it without realizing what it really said. Basically, they can CHARGE YOU whatever they want and if YOU refuse they can come after YOU and YOU will have to pay all their attorney fees. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN THIS OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I am a nervous wreck now after calling them and the customer service person basically tell me to go and f myself. The form was explained to me entirely differently by the tech. But that is NOT EVEN the half of it. They only have one person signing people in doing the paper work AND drawing blood. Its absolutely ridiculous because for $10 an hour they could hire someone to sign people in and the technician would be able to work A LOT faster focusing on her job and not a receptionist responsibility. They are penny wise and pound foolish. This company is BAD and Im sure they treat their employees the same way they treat their patients. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM LAB CORP. ITS A SWEAT SHOP THAT EXPLOITS THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR PATIENTS.

This company should be shut down! Maury countys Labcorp is horrible. Was sent twice to get blood work done by my doctor and they screwed up both times. 1st lab visit 1/5/16 they didnt read the chart right on their computer and failed to get what was requested by doctor. Had to return back to the lab and wasted half day for unsuccessful doctor visit. Plus she hurt my arm so badly I couldnt hardly move it all day. Young and fresh out of tech-school I guess. 2nd visit 6/6/16 requested by doctor they got all blood-work that was requested by my doctor, but guess what? They lost it, are you kidding me! Went to the doctor today and spent 2 hours just for that great news. Had to go to Columbia to retake the blood-work again and reschedule new doctors appointment. Another half day wasted and the busy doctors time. The doctor said its the worst company the hospital has ever dealt with. They wont answer the phone or return your call if you leave a message. Update they finally called me no sorry, no excuse, whats wrong with this company?

I have been here three times for three different job drug screenings. This location is horrible. The first time I went I waited for almost three hours. The next two times I went I made an appointment and still waited for almost an hour before even talking to someone. Theres never anyone sitting at the front desk regularly. People sit there for hours having to pee and they dont seem to care one bit. I dont know what they do back there but its certainly nothing fast. Employers need to stop using this labcorp location and use someone else. If you dont have a choice of where to go make an appointment for this place but be prepared to wait anyway. They seem to care nothing about how much of your time they take. Labcorp, its time to fix something and fast.

Despite the bad reviews, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! I travel for work & have to get drug screens for each new assignment. For 2 assignments I happened to be driving through Nashville & was assigned to this LabCorp. Once was mid-day so of course the wait was longer, and once early morning. Both times I was addressed courteously and professionally when I approached the window & also made small talk with the women who did my actual screening. They are friendly, respectful and efficient. I think the people writing bad reviews are just grumpy in their own lives & therefore see other people as rude and uncaring.

So I read these reviews and came up with a plan that worked pretty well. I simply came right before they closed so I didnt have to wait long :D Come here at 4 pm if youre getting a drug test done (make sure its before 4:30, they stop doing drug testing then). when I walked in at 4:10 there was easily 20 people waiting and some had been there for hours. When it hit 4:15 all of a sudden they started processing people and I got in and out by 4:35 pm. (Probably because the place closes at 5pm lol) Was pretty awesome and I would do it again if I had to. For reference, I did not have an appointment either.

As described, they make little effort to keep things moving and honor appointments. Twenty minutes after my appointment someone asked for my id & insurance card. Twenty minutes later she had not even looked at my cards. 3 people taken back & 3 came out finished between 1 & 1:40. Sign hard to see from Donelson Rd. & the arrow to 1400B directs you in the wrong direction in the Airpark. There was a nonlocal phlebotomist filling in and when I told her Id been waiting she took me back and got me done within 20 minutes. First stick

No symptom at all !!!! Checked in at 11:45- had an appointment at 12:pm didnt get called until 12:30 for drug screening that consist of holding water - was told I didnt have the proper paper work and couldnt do my test !!! Very very upset !!! if they had a receptionist that check in patient and asked them if we had the proper work I could of worked on it while waiting for my name to be called .. I just left and went to Spring Hill medical best customer service ever!!!

This is the most inefficient business I have EVER had to go to. It took almost 4 hours for them to see us and those with appointments were waiting around 2. It was extremely understaffed and even though the staff was nice it was extremely unpleasant because there was no supervisor to speak with nor any sort of thought out organization as to how to best serve the customer. I do NOT recommend using this company to anyone.

If I could give minus stars I would. They have no system at all. You make an appointment it doesnt matter... They skip people.. The older lady gave such and attitude when we said one lady had the appointment just before us and they were going to take us instead. Told us she would push us to the back of the line because we wanted it to go in order. I am definitely calling corporate

I was three minutes late to my appointment and I was worried Id get bumped. Thankfully, that was not the case! My paperwork was processed very quickly and I was seen by a technician in under 5 minutes. Everyone I encountered was efficient and courteous! I also felt like they were treating my appointment with extreme discretion and care. Very important for their line of work.

I read all the terrible reviews... I almost didnt go, but because of my companies incentives I decided to do it and be prepared to spend half my day there. Well I just want to say... they were the nicest people, had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I know they were very aware of how important our time is. Thank you ladies!

Be prepared to wait if you dont have an appointment. A lady that arrived at 7:00 got called back at 8:30 am and my arrival at 7:50 am put me back for my test at 9:00. I was told that wait times can top 3 hours, so I consider myself lucky. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for early morning - it gets worse as the day goes on.
