Took my 2 middle schoolers since the office is not far from the school and our home. Rude staff and endless billing issues, charging for services not performed, and billing my insurer out of network level after the front desk assured me they were "in network". The worse was not returning my calls, refusing to explain $600 invoice for a routine checkup/cleaning ? My first time will be my last with them. Glad to see the dentist monitors google reviews, instead he should pay attention to what his billing dept does.

Amazing first experience at Pelham Family Dental arts! The staff was very patient and understanding about all my issues. The hygenist was super sweet and took her time to give me by far the best cleaning i have ever had. Dr. Vaiman sat me down and explained everything he thought i needed. His personal skills are exceptional when it comes to his patients. I would recommend 101 out of 100 times to anyone in the NYC area looking for a new dentist. Pelham Family Dental Arts rocks!!!

I have been very pleased with the care I have gotten at Pelham Family Dental Arts. The location is great! The desk staff is wonderful. I really liked the Dental hygienists. I got Invisalyn at this office and it was a text book experience. You could not have written a better outcome. Thank you Dr. Viaman and Dr. Kessler.

A great Dental office. Friendly staff, always willing to accommodate. I had a lot of work done at Pelham Family Dental and I havent had any issues since. The doctors are great as well, highly recommend this office.

Appointment at 9 am. Got there early as one should. Thr staff was having their meeting. Waited for 20 minutes while someone else got there to be seen. Then they took her first. No sense of customer service.
