This optometrist’s facility definitely deserves five stars. I have been to other Visionworks locations, but the staff and the doctor herself makes this place well worth the half an hour drive. I went in today for my first eye exam at this location, and it was one of the most positive experiences at an optometrist Ive ever had. From the treatment, to the wait time, to the staff, everything was great. Dr. Paulin is amazing; she was so sweet and very thorough. I am diagnosed with lazy eye and I have been for 12+ years. I generally get the same old treatment at any other optometrist Ive been too. What usually ends up happening is my left eye, which is my bad eye, is neglected due to there not being anything that can really be done for me, and they will continue to treat my right eye, my good eye, as usual. Dr. Paulin treated my vision completely differently and she treated both of my eyes with care and concern. Through her exam of both my eyes, she actually found something I have never been told about before by any other doctor (or any specialists), that I have a fairly severe stigmatism in my left eye. She confirmed I had a stigmatism in both eyes, but my left eye was far worse than my right. Though I consistently go to the eye doctor every couple years at the very least, I have never been told about having a stigmatism. Dr. Paulin is now going to be my primary eye doctor because she showed me care and concern that I havent come across in a very long time. Then, after she got me a prescription for glasses, I got help from Paul who is a rep that works there; he was nothing short of a great and very positive person. He didnt make me feel pressured into purchasing additions to my already expensive glasses, and he answered any question I had with a smile. He went above and beyond to help me save some money on my glasses. I purchased two regular frames under $100 per frame and a pair of sunglasses frames under $150, as well as the price for my lenses (which are very expensive due to the material and the extreme power of my vision) that came out close to $1,400 and Paul used his very own coupon to drop my price all the way down to $750. He was so pleasant to deal with and I am so very grateful for all his help in saving me so much money. If you are on the fence about this location, I hope this review helps. I generally dont write reviews, but this facility was above and beyond any other optometrist I have ever been to. Thank you so much Dr. Paulin and Paul!

I was 30 minutes early for appointment, others came and went. My appointment occurred 45 minutes after scheduled time. Wanted two pairs of bi-focals for 149 instead Samuel (management member) told me only reading glasses qualify for that offer. I paid 159 for lenses for my old frames. After contacting their customer service through web page. I was told to contact the manager. She was never there, I would call and they would tell me she was busy and would be there until a certain time. When I would get there "she just left for the day" until the 30 day return period expired.

Very poor customer service no communication with the patients. Apparently my trial pair of lenses had to be special made and the processing time was longer then quoted also never told one lens was on back order, had eye exam I have severe dry eyes the receptionist did the pre-testing didnt explain anything she was doing caminced to blowing air in my eyes!!! I see a ophthalmologists for my eye condition and havent had air in my eyes for over 5 years. Thought this would be easier then trying to make an appointment with my Dr but a very valuable lesson learned.

On the last day of our trip, I lost my glasses. A salesman named Neil helped me get the cheapest replacements possible. I really appreciated that he didnt try to sell me on features I didnt want but went straight for what I wanted. He knew the inventory well and immediately found better frames than I had seen while waiting. Since they were backed up, it took 3 hours, but at least I was on my way the same afternoon.

I called all over Phoenix looking for a OD to give me an emergency exam. No where I tried had any openings this last minute. Dr. Dalal saw me on short notice even though its Saturday and they had no more appointments. He put my concerns to ease and I got my corneal abrasion examined for $60, and the follow up visit next week is included. I am so glad I came here.

If I could rate above 5 stars I would. I had an emergency scratched eye by my very large dog. They got me in ASAP and took excellent care of me. They even saw me for 2 follow up visits at no additional cost to make sure I was ok. This was such painful and terrifying experience. They eased my fears and helped me through it. I cant say enough about the Drs.

Awful customer service. They had no clue what I would be charged with my insurance. They tried to tell me it would be cheaper without my insurance but could not give me a price if I used my insurance. The employee helping me didnt even know how to do his job. This place is awful.

The Dr doesnt actually address any concerns you may have regarding your eyes, the girl who gets lenses acted like a total jerk and like it was a bother that I ask her anything...this is not somewhere I would go again Ill stick with a dr office next time lesson learned steer clear

The others bad experiences are reflective of the energy that they give out. I think this location is great and I have nothing but kudos to say about the quality of service here. And theres a couple of hotties here as well, hetero speaking that is.

Very bad customers service. Made my glasses 2 times and they still wasnt right. No warranty unless you pay extra. Ask for a refund no one apologized or tried to offer a discount for making my glasses wrong. Will never be back!!!
