Excellent! Meeting with Dr. Heffelfinger was not only an enjoyable experience but interesting, informative and educational. She took the time to explain what and why she was doing as she was doing it. She was very thorough and because I have a family history of so many "unhealthy" situations, she was especially thorough - happily only to find that I had the good genes but nonetheless, will continue to monitor any changes in my vision. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Heffelfinger and her staff. They all were professional, courteous and friendly.

Needed a complete eye exam prior to a DOT physical for my commercial license. I called Camelback Eye Care and a real person answered the phone! No phone tree or voice mail. I was given a next day appointment. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My exam was very detailed and comprehensive. Great hours, has the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff around, their very professional, clean office, and efficient with time . I cringe when I have to go to the eye doctors because 1. I dont like my eyes touch or dilated and 2. I always have the worst experience but not here at Camelback Eye Care. The doctors and staff made it a pleasurable experience for me.
