These guys have fixed over a dozen cavities in the past two years, and Im in the process of having two implants replace a pair of ex-teeth - I have terrible dental hygiene and have been to many dentists, many, many times in my life - and Dr Trinh is the most professional, personable, and efficient dentist Ive ever had. Extremely aware and considerate of what his patients are experiencing. The first half of one of my implants (tooth removed, bone graft put in, gauze screen sewn over the gap) was done by his predecessor, Dr. Cho, and while he was an excellent dentist in his own right, when I compare that experience with the second implant, which was prepared by Dr Trinh a few months ago, the difference was stark. The first one took half again as long, had three times as much pain, and took twice as long to heal. I know part of this is likely due to factors independent of the work done by either doctor - the presence of nerves closer to one tooth than the other and other differences in the structure of my mouth likely had some impact - but honestly, when I woke up from the implant prep performed by Dr Trinh, I barely felt like I had had any Dental work done at all - and that feeling continued after all the anesthetics had worn off. It was excellent work, and minimally invasive. Ive recently had four fillings done - he got them all drilled and filled within an hour and a half, and again the pain level post-appointment was minimal. Id recommend Dr Trinh to anyone looking for a skilled, conscientious, professional, friendly dentist.

My husband knowing my fear of dentists, read countless reviews before finding Totem Lake Dental. We have both been going there now for nearly 2 years. Dr. Cho and his entire practice have been amazing! They have completely changed my view on dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. They not only took the time to explain every detail of my procedures with me, but they always made sure I felt comfortable; and provided me with several options of treatment, when possible. Another thing to note is that no matter the time of day my appointment was scheduled, their office was always so clean and beautiful. I knew Dr. Cho would have someone just as talented and wonderful replace him but, I had no idea! Dr. Andy Trinh has well surpassed any expectations I had foreseen. He truly is an excellent Dentist! He puts his whole heart into his practice and shows care to each of his patients. My husband and I both agree, even if we moved a distance, traveling for our visits would be our only option, because the quality and care that comes from Totem Lake Dental could never be replaced, and is truly priceless!

My family and I could not be happier with Dr. Cho and his staff, who are great with kids and always treat us with excellent professionalism. A close family friend recommended Dr. Cho after he came in on a weekend to help her with an emergency root canal problem. We have now been customers here for about five years (since our kids were in the fifth and sixth grades), and in that time they have NEVER complained about pain or fear of the dentist! If you are searching for a new dentist - give Totem Lake Dental a try. These are good people. You wont be sorry!

I had such a great experience at Totem Lake Dental. Kendra my hygienist who Ive gone to for years is so personable and friendly. She does a thorough job of making sure your teeth are clean and healthy but puts you at ease so you dont even feel like youre at the dentist! Dr. Andy is very professional and informative. I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled and he provided me with all my options, even if that meant referring me to a dental surgeon so that I could be under during the procedure. I would highly recommend this office!!

Ill tell you what. Dr. Cho is one the the friendliest guys Ive had the pleasure to call my dentist. On top of being a great guy. Hes an AWESOME dentist!! He pays attention to detail and Ive never had a bad experience. Ive been going to him for a couple years now. I think Im gonna keep em. I even had to go to him once because I had my front tooth broken in half at work. My front tooth now looks better then it did before it happened. Go to Totem Lake Dental!! You wont regret it.

Dr. Andy is the BEST for kids! Stereotype of dentists being scary is immediately debunked after meeting with Dr. Andy and his staff. My kids get excited to come and see Dr. Andy and ask when they can come and see him again. Dr. Andy is kind, gentle, and most importantly, PATIENT.
