I went there few times when they have Dr. Hwang. This year, I didnt know their doctor switched to Dr. choi. I checked with them several times for my health insurance & FREE routine Exam before I revisited there. I didnt want xray but a nurse said &forced me it covered(FREE) by my health insurance and doctor postponed my cleaning. They forced me to get Xray a lot. I did it because I got fully covered this last year here , other clinics. I already double checked with this clinic. But Over a month later, they sent me a Extra Bill for $23. I called & explained there but they didnt listen. They Just keep said me to Pay it.

Been a patient for about two years now. It is not a fancy dental practice. More like a young practice being built. What I have found is that the staff is pleasant, attentive, competent and helpful. Ive never had to wait for my appointment. Always been seated on or before my appointment time. I left my last dentist because I didnt like taking vacation time to go to the dentist. Not a problem here as they always seem to have a time that works for me, including Saturdays if needed. The dentists work has always been quality and the prices much better than my prior dentist. I will keep going back. Gladly.

Because Dr. Steve Hwang understands I have sensitive teeth, he makes sure I feel comfortable during the dental procedure. His office looks sparkling clean, and equipped with very modern equipments. To make his patients feel relaxed, The views from the window and the ceiling are very pleasant whether Im in seating or lying position. His Assistants are very competent, gentle and helpful. Ive been with Dr. Hwang since 2009 and plan to stick with him until he retires.

Great service. Very helpful staff. Painless experience. They dont oversell you. Ive been going to Sunrise Dental at this location for years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend to all except those who are looking for an extremely expensive dental experience.
