This place is absolutely amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them at all, not even a single bad moment. Everyone here is nice and very professional, and the care is top notch. Ive had many bad experiences from other dental places (painful, recommending work that isnt needed, bad billing, you name it), so when I started coming here I was not a fan of the dental industry as a whole, but now 7 years later all of those negative experiences and memories are gone. I no longer grip the chair in fear of unexpected pain. I dont avoid dental checkups and I never postpone any work needed anymore. Not to be sappy or overdramatic, but being a patient here really has improved my life substantially. And its not just the care here; they have the best office people and the best scheduling Ive ever seen too. I go to Dr. Bishai just because thats who I started with, but Dr. Strange has seen me too and hes also great. This whole operation is world class. Not only are they 5 star for a summary rating, but Ive never had a single experience or moment here that wasnt 5 star. Just amazing. I never thought Id find a dentist like this, and youd have to drag me away now. Thank you Newcastle Dentistry!

The best experience Ive had with a dentist in a long time. Ive been putting off having my wisdom teeth pulled but Dr. Strange made me feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger. And the cost was a fraction of what Ive been quoted in the past. Dr. Strange had all of my wisdom teeth out in just an hour. Im certainly in pain but its not nearly as bad as what I was expecting. Im willing to bet its his surgery skills that are making my recovery relatively easy. Thank you, Dr. Strange, and your entire staff!

Dr. Strange and Staff did a great job on my entire family. My husband came in for a cleaning and needed some work done, since we travel from Puyallup they accommodated us and got his treatment done that same day. Dr. Strange fixed a filling for me and now I have no pain. I highly recommended this office. 2/15/16-Lisa is an amazing Hygienist-she cleaned every part of my gums and teeth. She made me feel so comfortable I started falling asleep, never have I ever been that comfortable.

Dr. Strange and Dr. Bishai do great work and importantly for me, they finish procedures quickly and efficiently. I originally came to Dr. Strange several years ago when a bad tooth was acting up, but happily discovered Newcastle was a step above other places I have gone in the past. Soon after seeing Dr. Strange the tooth was hugely improved, and worked better than it had for 20 years. Id recommend Newcastle if you want great dentistry with minimal unexpected problems and always a friendly and professional staff.

To be kind, Ill just say our daughter isnt the biggest fan of shots. She can turn a 15-minute visit into an hour-long ordeal. The staff and dentist at Newcastle Dentistry were as patient with my daughter as Ive ever seen, talking her through the process and handling every "stalling technique" like the professionals they are. They truly embody customer service.

Doctor Strange is my third dentist since moving to Seattle and is by far the best! Very friendly and competent staff as well. Just had three crowns and they feel great (and believe me, I know what a bad crown feels like). If you want fantastic attention to detail, then go here. You wont be disappointed. P.S. I hope he never retires. Seriously. :)

This is going to sound like Im making it up, but Im not: my oldest boy loves going to the dentist. Insistent on his 6 month checkup. AND . . . . my 7 year old daughter went through the very tough processing of getting a crown. Traumatic experience, but handled as well as it possibly could have, by the offices new pediatric dentist.

Dr. Bishai is great, she truly takes the time to explain all the procedures. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent decision on what is best for me. Her staff is also extremely helpful, they are like a big family, they have all worked there forever and they work very well together.
