Office staff is very pleasant and warm. They all work as a team you feel very comfortable and always have had a great experience. Dr.Travis is easy going and explains everything to you before he does it, so there are no surprises. He has a very gentle touch, going to the dentist is never fun but I feel Dr. Travis and his team made it as easy going and relaxing as possible. I was extremely pleased and cont. To go back and recommend Dr. Travis and his team esp. To anyone with any anxiety issues.

Dr. Travis has become unethical over the years. He tries to work too many patients in at the same time so he keeps patients waiting a long time. The quality of work has gone downhill and he suggests treatment which another dentist would not even do. You would be better off going elsewhere. This is not the dental office to be a patient in.

Dr. Travis has been taking care of my teeth since I moved to WA 15 years ago. He and his staff are thoughtful, thorough, and painless. Teeth cleaning, crowns, nightguards for TMJ - they take the best care of me! And if I need a specialist for anything, such as a dental implant, Dr. Travis recommends the best.
