This review is free of any bias, currently gift cards are being offered for reviews, I will not be taking one of those. 1st off I just want to say, I have been to a lot of dentists, and everything is just based on preference. Some dentists like to take "precautionary measures" and reserved dentists will only take action when there is an actual issue happening. Precautionary dentists are usually more aggressive when it comes to cavitys, they may fill the cavity before it even goes all the way through the enamel. While reserved dentists will wait till the cavity has actually makes its way through the enamel into the dentin. Cavitys move at different rates, so its important to know your body before choosing between the two. This is a complete personal preference for you. *Signature smiles is a precautionary dentist* The good- There cleaning service is AWESOME.. I have went to other dentists where the cleaning almost feels "incomplete" so this was a great start for my 1st experience. Everyone is friendly (front desk lady is nice, but is noticeably fake.. hey lets all be sincere!) Up to date equipment, I would choose this location (for safety reasons) over others to get work done Neutral- Precautionary dentist Aggressive diagnoses (I was told i had 5 cavitys, when in reality I had 1 that had reached the dentin) The bad- Doesnt give enough info to the customer to make an educated decision Makes you want to seek second opinions A little overbooked Overall if you want to just get a cleaning, I would choose this place over many others. I -would- get work done here.. but I would need a second opinion 1st from a reserved dentist. Hopefully this helps everyone make a more educated decision, I felt some of the other reviews were to harsh or not educational enough.

My two children and I have been going to Signature Smiles for many years. I moved from my old dentist to Signature Smiles because I do environmental inspections and one of the places I visited was Signature Smiles. I was so impressed by their environmental management and how they handled removing mercury fillngs that I decided to take my business to them. Once I was their customer, I was even more impressed by the fact that they keep current with the latest studies on dentistry and preventing tooth decay and periodontal disease. And they explain it to you in plain English! In all the times my children and I have been to Signatures Smiles, we have never met with a grumpy or less than courteous dental hygienist, dental assistant or dentist. I go to the dentist now happily, knowing I am getting the highest quality care possible AND they are environmental stewards. It doesnt get any better than that.

As a new patient, they told me I needed to fix my bite, needed a deep cleaning and needed a mouth guard. I was fine with all of that. Problem is I also needed to get 4 cavities filled and a second cleaning before the end of the year. They didnt tell me that little detail until after I paid for mouth guard, 1st cleaning, bite fix. This dentist was not upfront with all the costs or prioritizing urgent items first and optional second. Since I wasnt told about the cavities until after I had the optional work done (which could have easily waited until the following year), I couldnt make the right decision about getting cavities fixed first. My insurance ran out and now Ill go to yet another dentist and pay out of pocket to get my cavities fixed. Quality seemed ok, but I dont trust them to have my best interest at heart so who cares about quality.

Wow!!! Another amazing family visit!! Even after 9yrs. of care, each experience at Signature Smiles is just like our first..........INCREDIBLE! From the warm and professional greeting from Christine, and all the experienced and caring staff, to the precise and outstanding treatment plans from the doctors, we are truly grateful for each of you! This team is committed to patient care, and it is obvious to your guests! That is EXACTLY what we feel like every time we visit........like a special guest. Thank-you again for all the hard work you do for our family that has given us such wonderful, healthy smiles........even though over the years you have had to replace broken front teeth, work with squirmy children, and now impatient teens! We are lifers!!!!!

I have been here several times this year and have come to the conclusion that I truly hate this place. I dont trust their advice. I feel their motives are to make as much money off of you as they can. Everything with their billing is shady too. They made me pay out of pocket for something they said insurance wouldnt cover, but I later found out that they billed insurance for the same visit and it was covered. I had to pester them repeatedly just to get my money back. Everything there is strange. Twilight zone strange. The receptionist is so fake nice she makes me want to scream, but as soon as you bring up an issue she gets a snotty attitude. Ill be going elsewhere from now on. With so many dentists around the Eastside, Id look for somewhere else to go.

Ive been going to Signature Smiles for the last four or five years now and cant say enough good things about them. They really make you feel at home and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. Ive had regular periodontal cleanings as well as several new fillings to replace my 30 year old fillings and I havent experienced any issues with any of them. It was great to change out the silver fillings to white. Thanks Dr WU and Dr Dowd and my hygienist Corie!

It is really hard to say "loved it" when we are talking about filling a cavity! But I do love Signature Smiles in Woodinville. Christine at the front desk has always been awesome to work, the hygienists are wonderful and Dr. Wu and Dr. Dowd are very gentle, informative, easy and careful dentists. We have been going there for somewhere around 10 years now and have no plans to change.

Within the last year I have changed dentists and now see Dr. Wu. He and the rest of his staff have been very friendly and professional. Dr. Wu is extremely knowledgeable and has done great work. Ive had 3 positive experiences (bummer that Ive had to go three times within one year though-lol). I would highly recommend Signature Smiles!

Dr. Wu is the only dentist Ive had that has actually taken the time to explain proper oral care beyond just "you need to brush more." Instead, he described the structure of the tooth, what was wrong with my brushing pattern, and why I was experiencing my tooth pain.
