The office was good and doctor was fine. One front desk staff member was very nice and did her job very well. The other one that took my husband back to do his preliminary exams was very unprofessional. When he would get questions wrong she would just get an annoyed look and sigh and just acted like she hated it. Get a different job! Also BEWARE they have a "fitting fee" of $100!!! I have never been to an eye place with that before. Whatever contacts you have to try before they get your prescription right are $100. So if you only need one or two pairs you still have to pay that $100. Also its only good for 90 days so its not like it carries over to your next visit. They make you sign a paper about it but they just say oh we already talked about this go ahead and sign. In reality they dont explain it at all. So beware. NOT going back here.

After my lasik surgery I had to find a new eye care provider. Fenton Family Eyecare was close to my home so I thought I would give them a chance. WOW! I am so pleased with them! Their customer service cannot be compared to any place I have ever been before. They are always pleasant, friendly and professional. My eyes checked out great but still needed reading glasses. They helped me find a frame that worked on me and the prices were very good. I have been back in a couple times for eyeglass cleaner or to replace a screw in my glasses and they continue to be "Best in Class" providers. I would highly recommend them to anyone, anytime!

A fantastic place to get all your eyecare. They really spend time getting to know you but also explaining all of the care options that you can have done. Theres no pushiness to do things you dont feel are needed and they answer your questions. I was a little surprised when I found out I had to pay around a $100 fitting fee for my contact lenses, but thats pretty typical most if not all eyecare places. They answered all my questions on that concern and realized that just getting glasses is the way to work around that one. Will continue to go back and loved their finding the best deals for the contact lenses I needed.

First time patient and was impressed by the staff and Dr. V. Time spent with me was quality, caring and interest in me and my health. Abby took care of the initial tests and was polite, professional, and thorough. The ladies checking me in and out were courteous and quick. I now feel like I have a long time eye doctor I can count on for my optical health. I used to be satisfied patient with Dr. Kiefner for many years but after his practice being bought out by Clarkson Eye Care I felt like I was getting less quality care and it was more about running patients through quickly.

I really like Fenton Family Eyecare mainly because they are so friendly and caring. The folks there give me just what I want, a good pair of eye glasses that fit my budget. My whole family (2 adult and 2 children) can go there at the same time get our annuals, we dont sit around waiting like the other places. My little girls actually like going each year and look forward to the eye exams. There location is just off 141 and close to I44, very convenient. I highly recommend Fenton Family Eyecare!!!!

I can not put into words how grateful I am for the staff at FFE. This is the first time in my life I have been completely satisfied with my eyes. I have had contacts and glasses since the age of 15 but I was never completely satisfied with my prescription until now. No headaches, my glasses fit perfectly, and I can see like I should. Was looking for a new eye doctor after the one I had for years was retiring and his office wasnt convenient to my home. My sister recommended Fenton Family Eyecare and so I gave it a try. The doctors and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and their selection of eyewear is much better than the place I went to before. It is close to my house with convenient office hours for appointments and picking up items ordered.

Love Dr. V and the staff!! They are always pleasant and professional. The team goes out of their way to give you great service, answer your questions, and get you what you need. My kids and I have been going here for years. We have had a couple of eye emergencies and they got us in immediately every time. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

The other was for more of an emergency and the staff took really good care of my daughter. And then when she broke her glasses, they were more than helpful in getting a replacement.

The process was very comprehensive, detailed and while it was a lot to do to finalist the results, I was guided every step of the way. Given excellent information on my eye health and had a wide range of frames to select from.
