I called at around 10:00am in the morning (maybe earlier) to see if they would accept my insurance and to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered the phone told me that they do accept my insurance, she took my insurance ID number, name and phone number and scheduled me for a 1:00pm appointment. I got there at about 1:10 because they are located inside the mall, but she didnt bother to explain that to me on the phone or where exactly in the mall they were located. I went in and started filling out the paper work. They took the paper work and my insurance card and sent me back to have a seat. At 1:36pm a lady comes to tell me that they do not, after all, accept my insurance. I inquired as to why they would A. Tell me that they do and B.not give me a call to let me know since they did have all of my information before hand. The lady replied by saying "I am sorry, we were busy and didnt get a chance to call". I wasted an hour work break going to an eye doctor that doesnt even accept my insurance, only to leave with nothing accomplished. I felt they should have called to confirm so that I wouldnt have had to make the trip and sit there for 30 minutes for nothing. I didnt even feel any concern at all from the employees for the waste of my time or the fact that I will now have to wait and set aside another time and trip to take care of this. If they would have told me over the phone or at least called me back before my appointment to let me know they didnt take my insurance, I could have simply went somewhere else and not wasted my time.

I went for colored contacts, of course they told me I needed an eye exam first although I wanted no prescription. Anyway, I told them I didnt think my insurance would pay for it but they double checked anyway, and actually called my insurance company for me, told me it was covered and I was eligible. I was a walk in and seen within 15 minutes around 1130. The doctor took his time, and kept asking me if I was sure if 1 or 2 was better etc... He even went with me to look at the color of contacts and asked me about other brands if I wanted to try them or not. He was helpful and didnt rush me at all. He even had me try them on and then sat me back in the chair to make sure my pupil sat in the middle. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because while I was waiting to check out I noticed that for a glasses wearer, there was a limited selection. That and even after I asked the lady to ship it to my house and Id pay the extra cost she forgot and had it shipped to store anyway. No biggy, doc was great, waiting time was easy, they worked with my insurance too, cant complain!

The man who eventually helped me was very nice and helpful, so I give him 5 stars. However, the rest of the staff seemed annoyed I was in the store at all. They told me theyd be right with me in a few minutes and then chatted behind the counter about nothing., ignoring me. I was told the glasses were guaranteed by the 15th but they usually arrive much faster. I called a few days before the 15th to see if they were ready because I was going to the mall. I was on hold for about 10 minutes (pretty sure they forgot I was on hold) and then the very rude woman told me "you were told the would be ready on the 15th" in a pretty nasty, annoyed way. I informed that actually, I was told BY the 15th and they usually come in faster. Wouldnt choose them again.

Although I thought the optometrists were knowledgeable, I felt the exam was extremely rushed and I dont know if I trust the prescription that was written for me. I asked for a paper copy of my prescription and was told the front desk would print it for me. Well, when I got to the front desk, the sales people promised to get me a copy, but proceeded to drag me around to the store to look at frames. I had to ask three more times and let it be known that I wanted to leave before the prescription was given to me. I felt like I was being deliberately trapped in the store and pressured to buy glasses from them. I will not be returning to this store for an exam or otherwise.

Optometrist was GREAT! Otherwise not so good. This is what happens when profits/sales meets optometry. The objective here is to sell expensive, overpriced frames filled with lenses with 1,000,000 different coatings to consumers who have no idea what they actually need. FYI: Their business model is a slow, tedious process. Carve out 2-3 hours of your day if you plan on going here.

Service was good at the beginning my glasses were good but they messed up with my husband glasses and when they call to let us know that the new ones were ready they have only the lenses without a frame .

Customer service is lackluster to say the least... Only use them to get my contacts.
