When I told the woman who was doing my evaluation I wore contacts she acted like I had sinned against my eyes. She said "You CANNOT wear contacts for [whatever time] prior to the surgery. Do you understand me?" I say "Yes...what happens if I do?" She says "Then you dont get the surgery. Do you understand me?" I say "Okay, thats fine" She says "Im serious....do you understand me?" Listen. Im not a child. Do no talk to me like one, particularly when Im handing you several thousand dollars for a procedure. Staff continues its tradition of incredible rudeness to this day. May I suggest going elsewhere? Youre spending a LOT of money on these treatments and you dont deserve to be talked to like I was. Oh, and the treatment? It was okay. Halos around lights still arent gone. Still not 20/20. Much better than it was, but not nearly what they promised.

i had a assistant ( i guess that what she was) taken me back and test my vision when she said saw a discrepancy she made the decision they were not able to do it (not the physician). She ask for other medical records to make a decision I gave authorization; an she said she will let me know something that Friday. Friday has come and went an i still havent heard back.
