Multiple problems, in no particular order. Cant get my contacts. The glasses that were ~$700.00(with insurance) fall off my face and I cant get then fitted. Took off Monday to pick contacts up and get glasses fitted. they changed their hours and are now closed in Mondays. Took off Coaching Saturday to do both things, website and sign in door both say open Saturday. They are closed. Its 11 am. Called. Woman days theyre closed. But are open late Thursday, late being until 7. I cant get here. I leave for work before they open sms get home after they close. Ask to speak to Manager to see if they can mail my contacts, at their expense since I in good faith through their signage and website an here and they are not. Woman says manager is busy and can I write the number down and just call later. With what? Im standing on sidewalk in getting of closed outside. Two other people just arrived thinking this was open as per signage and website. I guess the final straw is that I also bought sun glasses here that I had to exchange, at their Fairfax location because I noticed they were scratched when I got then home, thats probably on me for caveat emptor. On them is that is that I was not given my glasses or contact perceptions, something else I had planned on getting today. Really frustrating

I DONT WANT TO GIVE NOT EVEN A STAR! poor customer service. it has been almost month since I drop off the frame and paid in full. they dont deliver the glasses on time. they dont call or update. After few weeks later I just had to stop by to see what was going on. they could not fine at the location, other coworker said "check in side" then when it wasnt there i think its at South Riding location. when they call the other office they did not have it. the call had to place on hold few times before they told me that glasses had to be sent back due to scratch on the lanes (I dont give a credit to the statement) At least they should inform me, instead hanging me wondering. at that time I had to wait unit Wednesday. Today on Thursday, we had to call to find out, we had to wait until next Tuesday, dont know why.... all they said was they requested to ship over night for the Tuesday arrival.

Ive utilized Dr. Krupa and Dr. Kapoors services for 3 years now, and have never been so happy. My appointments are always conducted with the utmost professionalism, my prescriptions and eye health checks have always been consistent, and my lenses (both contacts and glasses) have been either correct the first time, or in the case of one pair of glasses lenses, corrected quickly. I find their pricing to be in line with other providers I have used in the past, and a zero pressure environment when Ive preferred to bring my own frames in (rather than purchasing new ones annually). I have enough faith in the folks at Eye and Vision Care of Haymarket that I encouraged my husband to become a patient there. The staff are friendly, communicate in a timely fashion, and are professional at every turn.

My son had his first ever eye appointment and they gave him the wrong prescription. He wore the glasses for a year and complained of headaches and being tired. Come to find out they put a (-) on his prescription instead of a (+). Horrible! Thankful that I took him somewhere else for his yearly appointment and found the error. Now he can see and no more headaches!

I use Dr. Kapoor for me and my son and could not be happier. They watched my sons eye sight for 2 years before recommending glasses (so they did not rush it) and have recommended other options on the market to assist with him not becoming as near sighted as I was prior to Lasik.

Dont buy the warranty. My sons glasses broke and we still havent received the replacements after a month. Every time I call to speak to someone Im told theyll call me back and they never do. They cant even tell me when to expect the glasses.

Dr. Krupa was wonderful and thorough! The two gentlemen up front were very patient and helpful as well! It was a great visit, Im so happy to of found an awesome eye doctor!
