I came from work with extreme knee pain on Friday evening. I had damaged it at work prior to this night, so this night i had exrays done, they had me call for a ride because the were to give me pain meds that I never got. I got three different opinions as to what is wrong with my knee and was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. They told me not to walk on my knee until seen by the surgeon, gave me crutches and a script for pain meds. They gave me a work note and it said NOTHING about what was wrong with me and that I could return to work on Tuesday. My surgeons appointment isnt until Wednesday. Wouldnt give me enough meds to last until the appointment and wouldnt fix my work note.

I dont know where these other reviewers were coming from but the experience my wife and I have had over several visits, but notably one yesterday when she was developing a nasty case of pneumonia, was excellent - and I dont use that description loosely. If you want a red carpet and a hug, dont go to an Emergency Department; they have better things to do, and the staff at Arrow Springs do them very well indeed. Her temperature was going off the clock. The staff examined her efficiently, put her on an intravenous drip and got it down to normal as quickly as nature would allow.

8 year old granddaughter crashed on her roller blades...this ER....40 mins later and still nothing! Not even brought to a room so she could rest her hand and arm. Never have I seen more rude and just downright mean employees of a medical profession. Not the first time either. This place is always like this. Its closer than childrens hospital. Felt like we were interrupting their day! Need to refresh the docs and nurses so it feels like we can come to Bethesda arrow Spring ER when we feel there is an emergency with our loved ones. Ended up going to Childrens hospital.

Went in for severe abdominal pain, they made me feel stupid for even coming. The nurses were rude and passive aggressive. They made rude comments to me and my husband the whole time. Like "oh you guys must smoke around your son" after hearing him cough while in there (we dont) when I told her I was in really bad pain she said "its probably the stomach flu" I told her it wasnt and she just rolled her eyes. They sent me home with ibeprofen and anti nausea meds. Later to find out I had a ruptured cyst and needed surgery.

Bad experience! I arrived at this facility in excruciating pain, and swollen face from an absessed tooth. All I was given was antibiotics, which did nothing for my pain! I suffered for weeks afterwards, the Antibiotics I was given never did take away all of the swelling or pain, and they would not refill the prescription for me. If you are in pain and need immediate relief, by all means, go someplace else, do not count on arrow springs ER to help you. I Will never go there again!!!

Called to find out if they did testing for urinary tract infections but they told me that they couldnt give me a positive answer, then I asked if she could she could find out for me or if I could speak to someone else and her reply was "we test for it but I cant be positive". I WOULD NOT SEND A RAT TO THAT PLACE! I was so nice to the lady on the phone but she was so hateful. 11/5/2016 at 3:00pm

I am shocked to see negative reviews about this facility! I have personally visited the ER 3 times, and my family members a few times more. We have all received excellent care every time! Weve been here for anything from the flu to determining the source of chest pains. We rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, and NEVER had to wait an amount of time that we felt was excessive!

Early yesterday morning I had an occasion to have to go to Bethesda Hospital Emergency Room which ended in "Specialized Surgery. I must say that of the two hospitals, Bethesda Arrow Springs and Bethesda North, the Staff at both the I encountered were some of the Nicest, Professional and Kind people I have ever had the opportunity in life to meet and especially under those circumstance.

Fractured heal and now dealing with financial office. I have been making payments, but because its not an official plan they sent it to collections. I did talk to an employee there about the payment plan and never told me anything about it had to be official. Guess its another problem with our medical system in the US.

Diagnosing a patient with a virus, when it was a severe intestinal bacteria later to be found by a GI Dr., charging for a level 4 visit after only speaking to the patient for 5 minutes and sending them on their way......you be the judge of this place. Good thing Im in the healthcare field as well and knows better.

My first trip to TriHealth Bethesda was for an x-ray and MRI. The hospital is small and easy to get around, but the staff is the strong point here. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. My family will be using TriHealth Bethesda whenever possible!

By Far the Shittiest Hospital Ive ever been too... Rude , Slow Unhelpful Staff. I guess Their Damn Cellphones are More Important then the Patients in the !!!EMERGENCY ROOM!!! Lobby. Pathetic Excuse for "Helpful and Friendly Staff"

I love this place! The people are very friendly. They are also very clean. I have brought my niece, my mother and myself several times. The nurses and staff will joke with you and make you feel at ease.... Thank you Bethesda!!!

Everyone is very welcoming and professional. I like that one of the front desk personnel wheels you to the correct office. Hopefully in the future valet parking will be added.
