I dont know what has happened. This used to be a great place, and some of the old, wonderful staff are still there. I was there on Friday. This is Sunday and I am no better. The nurse, Monica, was so rude to me on the phone, talking right over top of me while I was trying to explain that I have been up all night for two nights in a row with the ear infections in both ears and the sinus infection, etc., for which I had seen the doctor, and that Im no better. Wow, what a change. For hours I have been trying to get a response from this office and some help. I am shocked. Im not sure what is going on there, but Im sad to have to find someone else, because there is an excellent doctor in this office. I called at 1:41 pm, and 2:50 pm, and it is now 3:58 pm, and still no response. If I dont hear back from them in the next two hours, Im calling their main business office tomorrow and taking steps from there. Followup: 7 PM and still no response from the doctor present, nor call from the office so I called back. If you want an apathetic doctor who doesnt care about you, call Dr. Gregory. She is sure to do nothing for your health. Her answer to my requests (via nurse #2) was that I was welcome to come back on Wednesday if I am no better. I have multiple infections including ear infections in both my ears (for which she refused to give me pain relieving ear drops) and Im supposed to endure that for three more days? She should have her medical license pulled because she does not care about patients. Dont go here - run for your life. Almost any place else would be better.

I tried to get an appt with my PCP today. I was feeling exhausted after getting 2 hrs of sleep in 48 hrs, sore throats and aching joints. Out of desperation, I visited the Prachtree Urgent Care Clinic in Duluth at 3p on the day after New Years holiday. I was seen around 5p. Once I was taken back, I experience the caring of an empathetic group of medical staff. The lady who took my vital signs and swabbed my nostrils and throat (with 2 different cotton swab sticks of course) were gentle patient. The doctor came in soon after confirming that my flu test was negative but my strep screw was positive. I was given 2 shots: an antibiotic and steroid and 2 prescriptions to get filled with very clear discharge instructions. Furthermore, the doctor apologized several times for the long wait and asked if I was hungry and if she could get me something to eat. Her display of caring and concern was like no other doctor I have ever had the privilege of meeting. The fact that she acknowledged that I was sick and having an extended wait might have been a miserable experience. There were several patients so I expected it but was very nice for her to extend her apologies anyway. She did not hurry me during the asssessment and examination. Very professional, kind and. A ring would be how I would describe all the staff. Yes I would recommend this facility if anyone was looking for professional and courteous staff along with good medical care. Molly

This is your money people !! Be aware and careful of a very unskilled receptionist that thanks to her inaquidicy ive been sent an extra bill aside from the first that i am actually paying for of the day of my visit and being treated. The second for going a week later only to pick up discharge papers that my work place needed in order for me to work again. and not knowing what documents i was reffering to she asked me to sign in and give her my credit card so that i may just see a doctor instead. She reassured me i wouldnt be getting charged anything as it was only part on the procces to speak to a doctor so i trusted her and a week ago i ended up with an extra bill of 175.75$ For picking up the documents that only took a 10 min. Conversation to get from one of their proffesional doctors. Doctor even stated that the receptionist never even explained what i need to speak to her for?! Becareful giving your form of payments to their receptionist as you may end up with an unwanted bill that as a side note Ive been struggling with for the past week with their billing department to clear and all thats happend is just a bunch of people telling me theres nothing they can do because the receptionist noted it as me getting treated by a doctor on that day?!?!?!? Super SUPER SUPER UNEXECPTABLE!

Terrible experience.......the doctor spent 2 hours on the patient ahead of me and I was only there for a strep test. The nurse said 4 people were in the back being seen. Really??? I counted 1 car in the parking lot! I could hear the whole thing with that one patient. X-rays.....breathing machine....getting a shot. I sat in my room for 2 hours just waiting to get the results of my 15 min strep test results. I heard the 2 hour patient leave and it was real quiet for another 15 minutes. I finally poked my head out of the room and the doctor was standing there doing NOTHING with the 2 nurses. Taking a break??? I looked at all 3 of them and just walked out!!!! They called me on my cell phone to come back and I said "no thanks"......I work in a Dr office and I know how things work. They totally blew it!!! Bad triage my folks......Need to manage your time and patients better..........3/1/17 UPDATE to original review : I think the VP of Operations got his degree in " SHMOOZING" the situation Really ???? The doctor could have seen me while the patient ahead of me was on the breathing machine for a whole hour. Instead.... the doctor chose to play catch-up on her paperwork!!!!!!!!! DAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Im a little torn about this place. Everything seemed to be okay as far as service but I went in and had an xray done was told I had a very slight separation in my ac that I needed to follow up with orthopedic went out with a sling. A few days later received a call saying there was a concern of fracture of my clavicle. I had made an appointment with orthopedic they recommended for a week after my initial appointment. I picked up paperwork in regards to my initial visit that stated I refused to go to ER which was never suggested to me. At my follow up I was told that there was no suggestion of anything having been wrong with ac or clavicle, and that the sling may have been the cause of the pain I was still enduring. My problem is Im left not understanding how one office to another can be so off based. Will definitely not be returning to either place.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! I have never written a review of any place before, but this place was horrible enough to justify my first ever review. The fee to be seen by the doctor is $230, before any diagnosis or treatment. I have been to several urgent care places over the past couple of years and that is the highest fee I have ever seen by a long shot. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and the place did not appear to be busy at all. I had poison ivy and needed a steroid shot. The nurse stated she had never given a steroid shot, "but the book told her to give it to me in my left butt cheek." That was not reassuring and I felt a sharp pain in my left leg for about an hour after receiving the shot. Please steer clear of this facility at all cost. Trust me.
