This is office is the worst to go too, but the doctors are great LOVE them. My parents use to go there before they pass away, they had seen a doctor an a PA (handsome African-american man). Most staffs are horrible an act like they just came out of school. Watch out for that girl at the check out, shes very rude, I check out with her three times an she always be on her cell and gave me attitude and told me to checkout at the front desk. The back office nurses only two of them are great, never gave me any problems ( a light skin young lady, shes always smiling whenever I see her, took care of my parents when they were alive and a young black lady her accent is strong, but she is the best got me and my parents medications approved through insurance, also shes very helpful). But the rest of them never make any sense when I needed help especially the old blonde hair lady. I transfer my medicals record to another office because that office was unorganized.,,,Never again! Dont waste your copay in that office.

The Doctors are wonderful. The lady PA actually told me that I was only there for blood in my urine, after telling her I had been coughing up blood and was short of breath with chest pain!!! Went next week and saw male PA. Was treated terrible. He kept writing the wrong medication and the pharmacy kept having to call him back.. I heard with my own ears the nurse actually told the PA "dont forget that is the women that takes Morphine"..lol...I wouldnt know where to get such a drug if I wanted to!!!! I have been going here since Dr. Taylor was here. I still visit her when I can ....God bless Her. Dr. Williams was extremely professional and really knew his stuff. But the one Nurse looks at me like she could kill me!! Well I have found when it gets to that point, its time to leave the practice and go elsewhere. I recommend no one try this place!!! The staff cant get anything correct and they really dont care....

Ive been going to this office since Dr. Taylor was practicing. I miss her because this office havent been the same since she left. I called on Friday 03/18/16, to request a prescription refill which will get me thru this month and half of April since I have a physical scheduled. Of course, I checked with my pharmacy and my prescription havent been called in. It really doesnt surprise me as the staff SUCKS and NEVER on their job. They request that you come in twice for a STUPID physical. Ive never heard of this mess before or at any other office. For the record, after my physical next month, Im done with this office. I will be looking for another practice thats organized and one who cares for their patients. I have no problem with the physicians, but the rest of them are HORRIBLE!!!!!

They are unprofessional, disrespect with bad behavior, Doctor gives you prescription on printing paper and pharmacy required some medicine on secure documents when you call them they pretend they are very busy and put you on hold for long time and than they disconnect your call, when I went their to get prescription I waited their for 51 minutes you can hear that they are laughing and talking about their weekend plans and other stuff but work & they never tells you about your blood and other results

DONT see PA Barker! Lets see, she can type fast woo hoo. And if you like to hear "its a no brainer" over and over again when you ask her a question, shes the one for you. Oh, and she will frequently remind you that you should be talking to your primary care if you ask too many questions. The nurse I saw was wonderful. The girl at check out was a joke. The primary care physicians are fantastic. They are the only reason Im giving a good rating.

They are not friendly. They are not professional. They dont seem like they want to earn repeat business...It is a customer driver business, after all. Cold. Impersonal. Its very telling that even specialists in the area speak of the negative reputation this office has. The word had gotten out. Im looking for another place to serve my primary care needs and I suggest you do the same. Sad.

Doctors are great, however, the Office Manager needs to be FIRED, because her staff is sub-standard. They will not return your calls, you cannot get any help with refills or other time-sensitve problems. And, if you do get a nurse on the phone, they talk to you like you are insignificant and they are doing you a favor. I guess they just dont give a crap!

Front office staff is Terrible. They was very unprofessional and rude had the worst experience of a front office staff. The PA Mr. Duboise is excellent in spite of everything else.
