This was an awful experience!! Just needed to get a prescription refilled so we got an appointment at 3:40 and we got there at 3:15 to fill out paperwork and gave our insurance cards to them. We sat there until 4:00 and then later they decided to tell us they dont take Cigna insurance. They made us wait 45 minutes just to tell us that they dont take Cigna even though they took our insurance card and told us it would be only be a few minutes. This was the worst service I have ever had at physicians office.

I had no idea why I was so tired all of the time. On my first visit, they did some testing and found out the my blood was really low. I would have died if they hadnt scheduled me to get a blood transfusion. I really appreciate what they did for me. Thanks.
