Was told on phone to be there at one time, receive mail with an appointment early in the morning. I had specifically told them I was wanting a later appointment, when I first scheduled. I call back because apparently on the phone they tell me 1230 but arrive 30 min early, but on the paper is says 930. I missed one appointment he refuses to see me. I havent taken a poop right in a month and I have a torn shoulder.

Very poor service. Mailing and calls dont match. What is shown in the mailed literature is not true according to the office people. The reminders shown are not given. The two web sites shown in the literature that is mailed to you are not the one that is used. You are treated as a bad employee.
