So the Doctor as always is amazing. Very knowledgeable, great personality, cares about the client, and has a sense of humor. The African American gentleman who does the cleaning is amazing . Very knowledgeable, great advice, quick and accurate, answers all questions carefully as apposed to rushing you out, he too cares, and has both great personality and sense of humor. The lady that takes X-ray (viv) she was nice, smiled, laughed but it was dry. In other words she does what she needs to keep her paycheck flowing. The admins ? OMGODDDDDDDD. The short , beautiful, young Central American girl on the corner to the left is so amazing. Tentative, knowledgeable, great personality, sense of humor, caring, beautiful smile, can speak clear Spanish and English, can multi task and enjoys both helping the clients and her job. The other two are reasons why I always look around for an alternative like dr. Franco in east Boston or Main st in worcester. This women really hurt the business and its reputation . 25 minutes waiting just to acknowledge that the computer was off. Now I want to say they should be using eaglesoft since they are pretty old fashioned witch means someone like me whom been going to the practice as a kid now in my mid 30s should be easy to schedule in. Well I booked my appointment a month ago. Just to be told I had no appointment very rudely. I was asked for my name 6 times and was asked for my DOB 6 times . I was repeated back 6 different addresses and DOB that were not mines and then they hung up on me. Furthermore after the cleaning was done and I gave her my paper work the one in the middle just tossed it to the side and says "the doctor is not here . He went to lunch. would you like to go over the X-ray this Friday at 9, 11 or 2pm"? I replied "actually he saw me and went threw everything before leaving. He stated he was having a salad for lunch today". All of a sudden she is cursing me out in Spanish and making threats about how she would like to slap the smirk out my face. I thought it was funny seeing I understand 6 languages, and speak 4 two of them fluently speaking and writing. Furthermore if she ever did wanted to do such thing I mean I live right next door and I say this simply to ephisise both how I was born and raised in this same neighborhood,( I mean my aunt works in the building behind this practice), and Ive been coming here since the place opened. My mother went to school with the owner. So just imagine if they treat a long time client like myself like that just imagine. Admins are the face of the business. Excluding the young girl the other two hurt the business really bad.

At Dr. Notes dental office, the people who work there are very pleaseant, friendly and helpful. Dr. You Obama DDS is my dentist as he takes the time to explain each procedure, makes certain I am as comfortable as possible, sees to it that the visit(s) are productable and the overall outcome is a positive one.

I been going to Dr. Nore, for years. They are very accommodating. Reschedule my appointment, as soon, I was out of my cast. They helped, when I was in my walking cast. Dr. Yokahama, is a great dentist.
