Its sad this review is negative because my first impression was great. Friendly staff. Wasted my whole entire day today between a mid-day appointment being booked incorrectly and being stuck in the office for two hours with 0 resolution and the run around. All of a sudden I may need to see a specialist a week after x-rays were done. They took the cleaning that was booked 20 minutes after me, and could accommodate a mother who wanted to be squeezed in with her kids. Having a wisdom tooth is not the best dentist visit and my anxiety was high enough all day with the thought of it. Time is money and I sure enough would have to pay if my appointment was missed on my behalf so I would expect things to be covered on the business end.

If you are struggling to identify a local dentist that is caring, efficient and effective, Union Dental in Randolph is where you want to go. The experience starts with a warm and professional greeting from Ron and the front desk. Great way to start a dentist appointment (especially when dentists make your nervous). Dr. Liu greets you with a smile then after assessing the scenario (whether a simple cleaning or something more complex) she talks you through the entire process making you feel very comfortable. After many dentists over many years, I found not only my long term dentist but also the dentist for my family! Well Done Dr. Liu, Ron and team! All the best A VERY happy patient!

If you see this review, you already find the best dentist - Union Dental in Randolph, MA. I have been to some dentists in past years and I never received professional cares and great services like I received from Union Dental! The staff and doctor are kind and compassionate and always explain what is happening with your procedure very clearly. Dr. Liu even took the time to discuss some good suggestions for ways I can better clean my teeth each day at home. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered during the visit. From start to finish this was a great dental experience: clean, organized dental office, friendly caring staff and dentist.

This is the first time that I had my teeth cleaning in this dental office. I would say that I had a great experience. The front desk staff is patient, sweet, and very helpful as well! The hygienist is outstanding. The cleaning is very thorough and gentle. It is my best cleaning experience ever. I look forward to going to visit the office again and I would recommend it to anyone !!
