Ive been a patient of Dr Beal for over 15 years. Ive recently started seeing Dr Balaban , another dentist in his practice. Both Drs have treated me and my 3 children( now adults 23,31,33 yo. Their care and quality of work has been unmatched to any dentist Ive had in the past. They are thorough in their communication about procedures before and during the time service is being provided. I came to the office with a major fear of dentist. Now, I take an active role in my oral health. As this is encourage and taught by his team. The dental hygienist, Alana is amazing!!. She is gentle. She is always teaching about how to best care for your teeth between visits, without judgement. They are open and inclusive. My adult children still see Drs Beal and Balaban. I would recommend their services, without reservation . You will be pleased and satisfied

Dr. Beal was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! He didnt do much work, but thats one of the reasons he was fantastic! Instead of jumping right in to do a ton of expensive work, he took a great deal of time and care to hypothesis test and see what was REALLY going on with my teeth. He also explained everything from a medical perspective (from what he was seeing on the x-rays and why, to what he was doing and why, to even what the chemicals were that were being place don my teeth and how they work), which I find is unusually rare with dentists. I have a lot of anxiety about dental appointments and he made me feel better than any other dentist has. I will be back for sure!

Ive never had a better experience with a dental practice. Having been a patient of more than one dentist at this practice, I know that it is not the rare case they they go above and beyond what is necessary every step of the way. This goes for the billing and reception team as well. With any questions, concerns, or complications, they go out of their way not only to solve, but also explain what is happening and then work to make it as painless (literally and metaphorically) as possible. For two years I traveled to see them after moving away from the city and sadly have moved father away and cant make the trip anymore. They really are the best!

Dr. Beal and his staff are friendly, professional, and do a wonderful job. I went in for an urgent toothache and they fit me in in a timely manner, then referred me to a great surgeon who performed a root canal. I now go for regular checkups/cleaning. The office is aesthetically pleasing and theyre always playing classical music, never annoying top 40. The one drawback is that they tend to be a bit pricer than other dentists Ive visited, so if cost is a major consideration you may want to shop around. But if youre looking for the best and cost isnt an issue, I highly recommend!

Dr. Beal is simply the best dentist in town. He is thorough and, more than anything, compassionate. Although it may sound silly to say that I used to be afraid to go to the dentist, after many attempts in other offices in Boston, after visiting Dr. Beal, I knew my very first visit that I could trust him. Not only is he an expert in his craft, but he is one of the most delightful human beings on the planet and I daresay that I enjoy my visits (or at least as much as one can when getting a filling...). Highly recommend him.

Ive been a regular with Dr. Beals practice since 2000. The service is always professional, courteous, and respectful. Dr. Beals crew is superb: all are competent, comfortable with the customers, and go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. Im glad to have found Dr. Neal. Dr. Beal is the best! He worked with me after I had one of my upper front teeth extracted. When the extraction didnt go as expected, he quickly made a temporary tooth so I wouldnt have to sport the pirate look. That tooth worked super well, I even got married wearing it! Now that the final crown is in place, nobody can tell the difference from my natural teeth, even on close examination. Dr. Beal was great throughout the process: exceptionally supportive, caring, professional, and competent.

The staff is friendly and the service has been great. I would caution people about their price quotes though. I recently had a procedure billed at twice what I was told to expect, maxing out my insurance for the entire year. And just two weeks ago I was told I could pay a bill when I came in and when I went to pay it, I found out a late fee had been applied in that time. Communications around billing docked the rating one star, but otherwise this place is great.

The best compliment that I think everyone can appreciate is that each time I have left Dr. Beals office after a dental procedure - I have been able to walk out the door and eat all the food that I desire with no discomfort or pain. I have required a variety of dental procedures over the past 15 years, whether it being a crown, a filling, a bridge, and even a bone graph. The professional expertise of Dr. Beals entire staff is outstanding in all aspects!!!

Having seen far too many dentists who performed sub-par work on my teeth, I was thrilled to be referred to Dr. Beal & Associates by a friend. The dentists here are perfectionists, and do everything they can to save a tooth structure, rather than immediately resort to a root canal, implant or removal. Ive even experienced their staying beyond regular business hours in order to complete a necessary procedure. Just terrific!

Mark Beale has been my dentist for over a dozen years (he is also dentist for two adult daughters). Dr.Beale and his staff have taken excellent care of my teeth -- and in the process helped repair damage left over from earlier dentistry. The team is very competent in both preventative and restorative work. And to top it off they are extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dr Beal has been my dentist for quite a number of years. I do not live anywhere near the city, but for me it is worth the trip.He has done extensive restoration work that had to be done because I had TMJ and had done so much tooth grinding I had no choice. His prices are fair. He is friendly yet very professional. I am sure you would be pleased with his top quality work.

I met Dr. Mark Beal years ago. He was just starting his practice, and did all the cleaning himself. He fixed a tooth -- a front one -- which to this day he keeps an eye on. Today? Hes gathered up an incredible team of hygienists, support staff, and a host of others. Yet hes still the same guy who keeps an eye on my teeth. Hes the best, and so is is his staff.
