Always a pleasure top visit the dentist when its Dr. Santamaria or Dr. Denhi. Two very skilled doctors with a very sensitive touch. The best care money can buy for sure and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this practice for many, many years and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the treatment I have received. My husband referred me to them when I felt I needed a second opinion regarding a root canal vs. an implant. Turns out, they were right on. And my husband has been seeing Dr. Warshauer since he was at MIT 30 years ago. We are 100% committed to these professionals.

From the time I walk through the front door, everybody at this office is extremely nice and professional. I have been using Mark Warshauer as my dentist for over twenty years. He is spectacular, an amazing dentist (he really knows his stuff) and he always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable in the chair. In fact, the whole office makes you feel right at home. The hygienists have always been terrific and I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. If you are in need of dental services in the Boston area, there is no better place than Warshauer and Santa Maria Irays. -Bernie

I was so excited about this appointment, which is saying a lot considering how terrified of the dentist I was. The receptionist was lovely, the dentist was lovely...but instead of the check up I was expecting, I was basically told that I was too anxious for them to attempt to do any work, and they sent me a reference to another dentist (40 minutes away) who does IV sedation. I was told their office did the sedation.. I dont want to drive 40 minutes, and Id like to try to have dental work completed without sedation. I was very disappointed... Im sure they are lovely, but I left in tears.

First apptmt here. It was super thorough and I left with an excellent " plan of attack " concerning the issues Im facing ( regarding my teeth !) I had a cleaning, Xrays and my guns were examined for health/ wear and tear. The results of he X rays were examined in real time by Dr SantaMaria and with incredible detail. Amazing technology nowadays ! A very positive visit - very professional - I even got a tour of the beautiful new offices !! Thank You so much Charlie 12/9/15

The staff was not very friendly during this visit. Also, the technician was so rough on my teeth they were swollen and painful after. Lastly, I only requested a cleaning and not an examination and they made it a point to make me feel uncomfortable that I did not want x-rays or an examination. I paid out of pocket and for a half hour and $125 later I might find a new dentist as the entire experience was very strained and passive aggressive.

They make an effort to accommodate appt requests as early as possible. Their email reminders and requests for confirmation are very helpful. They are always on top of insurance questions. From the front desk staff, the dental hygienists, and Drs Santamaria and Warshauer, I believe I have had nothing but the best, most professional care for the 15+ years Ive been a patient.

Excellent! First of all, the office is gorgeous! The registration staff was knowledgeable and warm. Milena, my hygienist, was very sweet and funny, which really helped to make the cleaning process less painful. Dr. Santamaria was sensitive to my needs and we came up with a plan going forward for my dental care. Best dental experience!

I had x-rays and a cleaning done. I havent seen the dentist in about six years. The woman who saw me was gentle with my teeth, and I had a very good conversation with her. Then Dr. Santamaria looked over her work. She wasnt just professional, but greeted me very warmly. I will definitely be coming back.

Dentist was a no show. Staff said he was on vacation but they didnt know about it. If they didnt then they dont have their act together. If they did know then shame on them. When I cancelled my future appointments they just hung up. Is this unprofessional behavior acceptable? Not ever.
