I had been going to Dr. Tomlinson for over 5 yrs. I had my dogs teeth cleaned yearly after the second year. The last time was Feb 2017. I have since moved to Victor, New York. The new vet that I have just extracted 19 teeth mostly because of bone loss and decay. They were picked up on visual, x ray and probing. I would have thought that Dr. Tomlinson would have mentioned something along the way. Two fell out on cleaning. When I called him to tell him, the receptionist said she has a friend that that happened to and the dog really didnt need it. He said it had probably gotten to that point and they had just been trying to maintain them. I said why didnt you say anything for 5 years. Just took my money. Very disappointed!

We have been going to NW Plaza Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always provided the best care. From the front desk staff to the docs, they are always patient and very caring. Dr. Tomlinson helped care for one of our dogs from puppyhood to his final days. He suffered from Cushings Disease, which was very difficult for the family and our dog. They were extremely helpful in providing all available options to me. They treated him with the utmost care. They take care of my two younger pups now -- you know its a good sign when your dogs like going to the vet.

Three individuals doing nothing but said next appointment for vaccine is in two hours... I understand its 10 minutes to break (12pm)... Told them that we need to hit the road for vacation...

Great place. Great with my dogs. Always very friendly, both the Vets are Aggies (Great Vet School). Never had any issues.
