I dont know if its because they arent use to working at this new location but waiting 40 minutes just to check in is unacceptable (only 5 people in front of me). Then being told I have to reschedule because it was then 20 min after my scheduled visit really? Its not my fault that you cant seem to get your patients signed in quickly and efficiently. Not the first time I had a long wait but defenitely the last.

I made an appt and I was attended pretty speedily when I got there, though the wait for the doctor was probably 45 min to an hour. A nurse walked in, disregarded me, said hello only because I said hello, got some bandaids out of a jar, and walked out. I must also mentioned that the consult rooms are extremely small. As for performance, I cant complain. I got my blood work the very next day.

Do not ever take your kids here if you are going through a crisis! The mental health sucks, they are very incompetent, rude and unhelpful its like youre bothering them to ask questions about your kid and they try to make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by even seeing you.

The female doctor (asian) was to rude she seems to worry more about her lunch that my health issues I guess started looking for a new pediatrician

Love the doctors but I hate waiting! Past couple of appointment I sit for an hour just for a check up! They need to be more fast and efficient.

Definitely a lot better than the old building. Dr. Whitney is a great PCP and i really enjoy my visits. Very personable and nice.
