HI
Hiệp Khổng
Im a UT student so this is a very convenient clinic to visit. Unfortunately, because the services are for students, their quality is poor. 1) Doctors dont appreciate patients time. Every single time I went there, I had to wait for at least 30 min to be called (with appointment, of course). The doctor dropped in, discussed for 5 min and disappeared for 15 min. Then he/she came back and if I have more questions, the doctor would disappear for another 15 min. In my last visit, I had to stayed there for 2 hours but total time to actually see the doctor was 15 min. 2) Their nurses are incompetent. After 2 times trying to bleed me without success, the nursed referred me to a close by blood testing lab to get my blood sampled there. This happened twice. 3) Their paperwork process is mediocre. The first time, being curious about my blood test results, I filled a release medical record form and faxed to them. Guess what, they sent me my "immunization record". For the second time, one doctor there referred me to a specialist on another floor of the same building. Surprisingly, they asked me to be physically there to sign a release form. I understand that but why do I have to be physically there? Why cant they just upload the form on their website for me to fill in and send to them? No respect to patients time. And mind you, they are transferring medical record to another doctor on the same building! After all, please do yourself a favor by not going here. Their service to student is crappy, compared to those offered by surrounding hospitals/clinics in medical center area.

Ive always had a pleasant experience. Once I was even surprised with a follow-up call. Wait times can be lengthy, but the staff knowledgeable and caring.

Yeah....the wait times here are absolutely mediocre. Expect to wait at least 40 minutes (and that is with an appointment) to see the doctor.
