My PCP moved across town, as such, I have used this clinic on multiple occasions over the past few years in lieu of a visit to my PCPs clinic. They generally get patients in quickly, and provide sufficient check-up and prescription services for a "sick visit". I dont believe that they take insurance (except for MH Health). Those with MH Health will pay what they pay for a co-pay at their physicians office I believe. For those who dont have health insurance (or anyone else, as they dont take other forms of insurance) their cash price is quite affordable (significantly less than going to the ER... let me re-state: "significantly" less). I dont recall the precise amount, however I had suggested the location to a neighbor without insurance, and I believe he stated that his cost was around $45; thats not much more than a standard co-pay with insurance. You can always call and ask them for the cost in advance; additional tests may be more, but a standard visit is relatively inexpensive. In short, I have found this clinic to be of benefit to me personally, and believe that it provides a great value to the community.

Horrible experience - I will not go back. Absolutely amazed Memorial Hermann is affiliated with this place. Went to my appointment yesterday a 3 pm. Was told I needed lab work and to return in the morning. Arrived at 8:25 am, no one at the desk, went back several times to check. At 9:00 am, one of the receptionists returned and I went to speak with her as the PA had told me the day before - I just need lab work and thats it. The receptionist then told me I needed to pay an additional 100. I asked her why and she told me thats what the tests cost. I asked her if our insurance covered the wellness lab work. She had not even asked if I had insurance nor did she check in the system. Once she confirmed she did not need to charge me anything, she informed me it would be another 30-45 mins. to have blood work done. If I had known it would take more than an hour to simply have my blood taken I would have went down to the VA, its faster there.... Will not be going back to this place!

Ive taken my son here twice and Ive been once myself and I would definitely recommend this clinic! They are a low cost facility for if you dont have insurance and their extra testing and services are pretty cheap as well!

Gloria turned me away at 6:25! She didnt care to see the illness! Poor customer service!
