I had an appointment at the location in Atascocita. My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:40 in order to fill out all my paper work. I did not see the doctor until 11:10. I saw the doctor for under 10 mins, he said I needed a x-ray, he left the room. A nurse came back and told me I would have to go to Kingwood hospital for the x-ray. At Kingwood hospital I was told they would send my x-ray by that afternoon. I received no call with the results. I called the next afternoon. The main number kept going to voice mail, but I could not leave a message because the mail box was full. I finally found another number to call, I was told they had not received the x-rays. After trying to get more information they said we will transfer you to the Atascocita location number because they have your x-rays. No one answered the number there and I left a message. I have not heard anything back after several hours. Also when I mentioned the mail box being full she completely ignored the comment. I do not recommend this practice at all.

Great place, Dr Antonio and Robin are the best. Robin is the best I have seen working in a doctors office, she does things in a day that others take a week. Real asset to the practice.

Very unprofessional, non caring doctor. Rude staff (most, not all) Do not waste your time and find a doctor who knows what the meaning of treating and caring for a patient means.
