I have been going there for about a year now and the Dr I see is great so I set an appointment for my husband thinking he would get the same treatment boy was I wrong! First off he was a little late because we we use one car between five people and he was going to reschedule but the Dr that saw him said it was no problem and he could see him. The first thing he says to him when he walks in is you know you are supposed to be on time to your appointment right! He was so rude and I work in the medical field and to treat a new patient much less any patient like that is unacceptable! My husband has been through a lot these past couple of months and finally agreed to see a Dr (on his birthday nonetheless) and he came back upset and confused on why he was treated like he was! Then he just blew my husband off and didnt even give him anything for his high blood pressure or the other things he was in for. He just gave him a something that he said would take at lest a week to work and has horrible side effects. My husband of course is going to try it but when I took the same thing he was given it upset my stomach and made my symptoms worse. Im just so disappointed that he was treated that way because every time I was seen I was treated so well and my husband saw that when he brought me in so he was shocked about what happened. Granted I never saw Dr Jia Yuhang but you would think that a Dr in the same practice wouldnt be a complete opposite. I hope for future patients that this kind of behavior does not happen again. You would think that when someone comes in asking for help that the Dr would at least be kind. I will make sure from now on I only see my Dr and not any of the other ones because at least I know she is respectful.

The customer service is awful, staff very rude! Dr. Seemed racist. Came 2 times for Chronic Cough and they wouldnt prescribe me any liquid cough medicine just some over the counter meds. Whats the use of going to the Doctor if they are going to tell you to go buy several over the counter remedies. Will never go back to this place. The male doctor didnt even speak just looked at me as if I were a nobody. Im sure hes racist.

I wish I can give them 0. I was there for a physical check up for school. I am glad I was not sick. I agree with other posts about rude staff. I would not go back to see doctor Jia if I was truly sick. I do not trust his judgement. He ended up running unnecessary blood work. Be aware of unexpected charges. I was told that follow up nurse visit will be free, however they have ended up charging me as a doctor visit.

I have been going to this doctor since before there was a full staff. I have never had any issues with the staff. I love my doctor. He is amazing and sits with me to talk about my condition every time I go in.

deceived and ignorred! I was over billed, paid and can not get Ms Karrel to return a call, I was told she was the region supervisor. I am very sad as I though I would get better care from Memorial Hermann.

Dr. Hodges is always friendly and helpful. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the room. Which is wonderful!
