I am incredibly impressed with the care and service I received as a new patient at Associated Dentists in Highland Park. I will certainly be back as a regular customer. First, Associated Dentists scheduling process was quick and easy. They were able to fit me in within a quick time, and the customer service was always kind and accommodating. The facility itself is nice, and the wait time was minimal. Check-in process was a breeze. Nanette Flaten was my hygienist, and she was AMAZING. By far the best hygienist Ive ever had... she made sure I was relaxed (despite a general dental phobia), was always gentle and kind, and did a FANTASTIC job on my teethers. Im not sure theyve ever looked this good! I look forward to returning to Associated Dentists (not sure I ever thought I would say that), and hope encourage others to do the same as well.

Long time patient of Patty McGough and Associated Dentist.Having experienced many Hygenists over the years Patty is the only one that has been able to provide me with the best cleaning, knowledge of oral health, and it DOESNT hurt!You can understand how disappointed I was to learn that my appt that I made 6 months ago that WAS scheduled with Patty was rescheduled with another Hygenist without my knowledge.Do you have a hairdresser you request? how about a Physician when you need one?Manicurist?Plumber? etc. See where I am going with this??How unprofessional of your organization.I wouldnt even give you one star except that I needed it to get this posted.

I have been going to this location for years. No mater who I have seen my experience has been wonderful. Up until i found Dr. Coates, and then this team of Dentist I had a serious child like phobia of dentists, I would get hives, anxiety attacks the works. Not with these guys. I now bring my children 9 and 2 and have never had any of the issues that scared me as a child and carried over into adult hood. The Up Front staff are also amazing. I highly reccomend this Team.

Ive been going here for about 5 years, and wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive always hated dentist visits but I dont hate going here, because everyone Ive received treatment from is simply so extremely good at what they do. Ive always had the same dentist (Dr. Resch) and hygenicist (Krista) and I promise if either of them left, Im having all my teeth removed and replaced with a sponge-like device, because I would be so over dentistry.

I switched from my old dentist who I saw for over 25 years, three years ago. I couldnt be more happy. They have the nicest staff and the most modern equipment. While I get my teeth cleaned they have a flat screen TV tuned into any program I would like to watch. Rather than a blank ceiling. What professionals they are. AAA++ Highly Recommend using them!

Great and friendly staff. I recently moved to St. Paul and was looking for a family practice dentist and I came across Associated Dentists. They have been so amazing and professional. I was seen by Dr. Howley and she immediately made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her and the practice in general.

I switched from my dentist of 10+ years to go to Associated. They have a great new facility, the staff was friendly and best of all, my teeth look and feel great. Not to mention the TVs in the room to take your mind off what youre actually doing. I highly recommend this dentist office!!!

Very inconvenient hours. Lately, when I call them to make an appointment either no one picks up the phone or theyre closed. Who closes at 1pm on a weekday? Theres no way to make an appointment on their website either. Maybe their hours are OK if youre retired or dont work.

Dr. McDonnel is the best at Associated Dentists; I thought I needed a root canal, but over two visits he buffed my crown down and the pain is gone. Saved me time, money, and pain. Highly recommended.

BEST DENTISTS - Dr.Coats makes drilling teeth like giving candy to a baby. I always feel he cares and makes me feel comfortable. Just amazing! Oh and the new facility is NICE!!!!
