My husband brought our 11 week old puppy into see Dr. Matt and we had the worst experience of our Life with this vet. I have had dogs before and so has my husband and we have never had an experience like this before. We brought her in for her 1st visit and he was not thorough, direct, detailed, or caring. He did not tell us what was wrong with our puppy and my husband left very confused. We would not recommend this vet to anyone. On her 2nd visit, she was way worse and he diagnosed her with possible pneumonia without even touching her or taking any tests. I called other vets and they said if they had a puppy with pneumonia then that would be an instant hospitalization, but Dr. Matt did not even care to look at our puppy. We were so worried that the Pet store where we got our puppy was more caring and helping then even the vet. I would highly recommend to not even try this vet.

We finally agreed our beloved cat, PaddyJean, was ready for the Rainbow Bridge. It was early Saturday morning and we called Indian Rocks Beach Vet Clinic who kindly agreed to bring Paddy right over. They lovingly fit us in and provided time and privacy to bid our farewells. The vet was WONDERFUL! It was a difficult euthanasia, but it was handled quite professionally with deep compassion. We thank the staff for being there and will take our sole surviving cat, BigFoot, for his veterinary needs there.

Ive been here twice with my puppy. Today I went in to have my dogs nail looked at. Doctor Matt was very quick to help him and inform me of everything that had to be done and his medicine that he would need to take. He explained everything very thoroughly for me which I greatly appreciate since Im a first time dog owner. The staff is very friendly and super helpful as well! Great animal hospital, and affordable!

We have been with Indian Rocks Beach Vet since 2005 when it was back on the beach. Love the new location closer to home, no appt needed, and the entire staff are so compassionate and attentive. This is the only place I have ever taken my pets over the years- 2 cats, an English bulldog, and a Frenchie. Cant say enough how much I love this place and the friendly staff.

A different place wanted to charge $600+ to have my healthy puppy nurtured, but I went to IRB Animal Hospital instead and they charged me only $230 & and waved my exam fee
