I have never been very "satisfied" with a particular dentist. Always had good teeth, my parents were very particular with me about that. Im 33 and get my cleanings done here and there, and Ive had a couple of cavities filled. But my lower wisdom tooth started hurting one nightout of nowhere, and I knew it was time for DENTAL SURGERY!! I had seen 3 different dental offices in my adulthood, and I never trusted them to remove them. I knew about Advance Dentistry because Dr. Scott Sayer does dental work for some local celebrities. So, Saturday night, at 2am, with a RAGING tooth ache, I looked him up. Then I looked up a couple other places that I had heard about, then I looked up Scott Sayer again. I called their office at 330 in the morning on Sunday morning, and my call was returned 6 hours later. 9am Sunday morning Tori calls to see when I wanted to come in. Ive got an appt on Wednesday for consultation, by then my tooth ache had calmed down of course. Lol we scheduled the surgery for the following Wednesday. I was able to get in quickly. They have a sizeable office for being an independent practice. Theyre located in a great part of town, every single staff member is absolutely perfect, Scott was nice as hell, and the surgery went off without a hitch!! I.V. Sedation. Thats all I can say. I was terrified about being "put under." I have never had an IV before and Im needle phobic. When I sat down in the chair and they started laying me back and Im looking up a four different faces, it starts to hit me. Terror! I asked Dr. Scott if it was going to hurt. He said most people dont even feel it..... and I didnt. It was a miracle, friends. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like me to expand on my experience in any way. Or if you need a great used car! Thats what I do for a living, so missing work for surgery or having mouth pain is not possible in my line of work. Thanks to Dr. Scott, I sold a car Sat. Sun. and Mon. And I enjoyed my Tuesday off day. Guys, thank you so much for having passion about your jobs. Whether youre a receptionist, x-ray tech, cleaner, or the man himself, you all performed at 100% maximum level. Its weird to feel that about people who serve you. A waiter, a dentist, a car salesman, a car mechanic. When you get that special feeling that the earth revolves around you when you are in that situation, it is an amazing feeling, friends. I try my best everyday to act in this fashion towards everyone I encounter. It makes me feel good.

I went there with a FRONT TOOTH that was chipped. I told them thats what I needed done when I called in to make the appointment. I had been there before. But due too health reasons I hadnt been back. I told them I didnt want my yearly x-rays done just the one of the front tooth. I get in there they start with the have to reestablish me as a new patience. So they take x-rays of my whole mouth ask me all the normal questions wanted to do a cleaning that day. 45 minutes in the Dentist comes in does her thing tells the assistant to get a plan started. The dentist wanted 2 more pictures taken an hour in I was leaving with my front tooth still cracked. I learned a long time ago if a Doctor or Dentist are more concerned with their time line and doesnt listen to your concerns and why you are their to FIRE THEM! So Advanced Dentistry you are FIRED. Worst Experience at a Dentist office and nothing was done and they didnt care that it didnt get done. If I could give them a minus 10 I would have. They are more interested in what the insurance company will pay at 100% than the concerns of the clients. Oh and the last time I went there the Dentist that messed around with my mouth within a day the inside of my mouth was covered with opened sores. Im not sure if he wasnt clean or the instruments wasnt cleaned. CRAPPY STAY FAR AWAY>

I am very unhappy with the lower denture received from Advanced Dentistry. I waited over a year for my gums to shrink before coming back for a realignment. I was told that the uppers fit good but the lowers were loose and needed a new impression to tighten them up. I paid over $680 to make new impressions to remake the lower denture. Had to wait a week while they sent them out to Kansas City for a remake. (No denture lab at Advanced Dentistry). After the denture came back, the denture did not fit any better than before. Exactly the same as if a new impression was even made! They wanted me to come back for another try at tightening the denture. I refused because I have lost all confidence in Advanced Dentistry to do a quality job. This is not the first time the dentures had to be sent back. This happened twice before with the original impressions. Either their staff is not properly trained to make quality impressions or the lab does not do excellent work. I ask for my money back but they refused insisting that I come back in. I live over 35 miles away and I don’t want to live without a lower denture for a week, especially knowing the quality of past work. I probably will have to go to a dentist who has a lab on site and will guarantee their work.

Told me to pay one amount and it turned out 2 thousand more from what initial plan is , trying to tell me i did not understand what they have explained and maybe i didnt have my mind made up to what procedure i wanted done... end of the day i paid 5 thousand cash and they still want more money to get the job done when initial plan was $4700 all together , everytime you come to the office different person assist you and such miscomunication between them Now it turns out i dont speak good English or maybe didnt have my mind made up to what i wanted done and thats the reason my partials is half way done , they require me to pay 2k for them to finish the job. Trying to steal money knowing i have no insurance and language barrier , no reciepts was ever given , never follow up , took 2 weeks for me to reach plan coordinator and turned out i need to wait anothwr week for me to speak to her because shes on vacation. AWFUL and i will go further than this survey , never ever going to recommend and it was biggest mistake to bring closest relatives of mine to this place. DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE

I went last week for a new patient exam and consult. Very nice facility and great customer service (so I thought). After I met with the dentist I sat down with the finance person.. kind of felt like I was buying a car. Made an appointment to have some wisdom teeth pulled and went home to follow up with my regular dentist (who doesnt do extractions which is why I went here ) I wanted my regular dentist to check out my X rats and get his opinion about keeping 2 of my wisdom teeth because he knew my history, I called advance dentistry and was surprised to hear that to get a copy of my FREE X rays would cost me $50 bucks. Yea. So after speaking with the woman about that and speaking with my regular dentist he referred me to someone else. Not only had his office heard horror stories about advance dentistry in regards to there prices but the referring dentist did also. Beware going to this place. My estimate going somewhere else was a LOT less expensive with 30 years of experience and same quality of care if not better.
