Michael Kieffer -REMAX Elite; I have been seeing Dr Mikhail for several years now. Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. Dr. Mikhail and her staff have made the dental experience good to the point where I do not avoid going to the dentist. I have recommended Dr. Mikhail to all my family members and most have switched to her and all are very satisfied. Recently, I had an unknown pain in a molar. Dr. Mikhails office was closed for a week. I left her a message and I got a text from her within an hour telling me I needed to see a specialist right away for a root canal. The specialist did a good job and I saw Dr. Mikhail a week later for a crown. All is well. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Mikhail and her staff to your family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mikhails for almost 4 years and all my expectations with denistry have been exceeded with Dr. Mikhail, her staff, and facility. I have been in too many dentists offices that have facilities and staff that are worn down. As a health care professional, I am very observant of all the details that go into a medical office, and she obviously is as well. The staff is very knowledgable and courteous from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is also wearing a smile, which is important in a dentist office! Dr. Mikhail is easy to talk to and enjoys what she does. Good job, keep it up, and thanks!

This is my third dentist in Cincinnati. Now I dont cringe to make dental appointments. West Chester Center for Dentistry staff make me feel comfortable and important. I dont wait too long to get any procedure done. I can make appointments at flexible times. Dr. Mikhael is very enthusiastic, energetic and explain things very clearly to me. The place is impeccably clean. Above all I dont see any pet dogs hanging around in the clinic like my previous dental office did. I love it and recommended them to my friends. I hear the same things from them as well. Its no wonder I keep the appointments I make.

Phenomenal in every way!! I have been going to Dr. Mikhail for a few years now and am constantly amazed by the warm professionalism the entire staff offers. Most places you can get warm and fuzzy but not so competent or dry and boring and terrific, but Dr. Mikhails office exudes warmth and the dental work is uncompromisable in quality. I was referred by another patient and have now found that many in my life very willingly go to Dr. Mikhail and crew as they are EXCEPTIONAL!! If you go, please tell them that Marti sent you. Dr. Mikhail and her staff are top notch. Our kids love it there too. Go figure, kids enjoying the dentist??? A few years ago, Dr. Mikhail diagnosed me with the beginning of periodontal disease. I was shocked, humbled and scared about the damage I had done to my gums. Her staff has guided me back to incredibly healthy gums and teeth. I have spent years in and out of different dentists and orthodontists in the West Chester area. Dr. Mikhail and the West Chester Center for Dentistry are THE BEST dental group I have had the pleasure of going to! Most of all they are quick and respect your time. On one visit I had an entire crown replaced in 40 minutes and on other two fillings done in about 35 min. Going to the dentist isnt bad when you are greeted with people who love what they do and are willing to make your day better because you visited!! :)

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mikhail for several years now. We have always been extremely happy with our routine visits! The staff and Dr. Mikhail are always so pleasant & professional. I recently took my 8 yr old son to Dr. Mikhail for his first visit. He had previously seen a pediatric dentist and I was worried he wouldnt be as comfortable at Dr. Mikhails office. Dr. Mikhail and her staff are so wonderful! They all are so friendly. I really appreciate how Dr. Mikhail does not push products or treatments on me. I have had dentists in the past that push veneers or other treatments that, of course I would love to get if money was no object, but it is just not feasible. She comes in and checks out my teeth and says they look great! The cleanings are quick. I would definitely recommend West Chester Center for Dentristry to my friends and family. Thanks. Sara S.

West Chester Dentistry has saved my mouth! I was going to a different dentist and always had tooth aches and concerns about my gums and she always said I was fine. I tried out this place and they were just great! It turns out I was not fine and I was in the early stages of gum disease. I have been back twice and together we have implemented everything possible to get my gums better. They are great and I am so happy that I am no longer in pain. I highly recommend them! :-)

After a few years of not going to the dentist West Chester Center for Dentistry was recommended to me by my fiance and I am glad I decided to go here! Everytime I walk through the door I am greeted by name, and there is never a long wait to get called back for your appointment. Everyone is very friendly and informative. Did I mention you get to watch TV while having your dental work done? I drive a little out of my way to get here but its well worth it!

…my family and I have had the best experience at West Chester Center from Dr. Mikhail and her staff. They are all very nice, professional like, and down to earth. They’re accommodating to us (especially the boys) with the TVs and warm conversations which like another patient mentioned…helps make the visit less painful! I guess from a father’s perspective, where else can you watch ESPN and have your teeth cleaned…Dr. Mikhail is GREAT!!!

After years of skipping out on my dentist appointments it was time for me to get a check up. I began asking around for a good dentist in Cincinnati. It was actually my mother who referred me to West Chester Center for Dentistry and I have been a patient ever since :) I am so happy I found them that when i moved to New York for 8 months I would fly back just my appointments. The staff is that good.

Fabulous dental experience! I hadnt been to a dentist for several years due to frustrations with staff at previous dentists office--so I tried Dr. M & her staff. From the first interaction, this was a fabulous experience. The office staff was friendly & I was promptly taken in for appt. Best cleaning ever--thanks Ms. A!! Dr. M was friendly & thorough. I first found out about Dr. Mikhail about 2 years ago in ad about teeth whitening. I decided to go because I needed to change doctors. Ever since then I tell everybody about my doctor she is the best dentist I have ever had! There is no pain dealing with this doctor and they are very very skilled with numbing your mouth. Extremely wonderful staff and doctor I will never change!!
