Acudí a Tampa Advance Dental Solutions (TADS) para marzo 29 de 2013 para una evaluación médico dental con el Dr. Dávila (dentista) y el Dr. Yarbrough (ortodoncista). Esta clínica dental, los referidos doctores y su Administradora, Marie Vélez son muy irresponsables y oportunistas. Pague una evaluación médico dental y nunca se realizó a causas de las innumerables cancelaciones a mis citas. Alegadamente los doctores que tenían que realizar la evaluación no estaban disponibles aún cuando las citas eran programadas conforme a su disponibilidad de acuerdo a sus calendarios. Invertí de mi tiempo y perdí horas de trabajo debido a que Tampa Advance Dental Solutions perdío las fotos, radiografías e impresiones que habían realizado en mi primera visita. Nunca nadie ofreció una explicación sobre la pérdida del material recopilado. El proceso ha sido bien atropellado y han actuado con crasa irresponsabilidad. Luego del incumplimiento de estos doctores solicité mi expediente médico a la Administradora de la clínica dental, Marie Vélez, quien en forma grosera y con mucho sarcasmo se rehusó a entregarme el expediente y absurdamente condicionó la entrega del mismo exigiendome que acudiera a la clínica para ellos poder entregarme el expediente. Las cancelaciones continuaron y nunca se logró realizar la evaluación y por ende tampoco la entrega de mi expediente. Luego de un sinnumero de trámites infructuosos y mensajes a la Sra. Véléz que nunca fueron contestados por su falta de diligencia, el 17 de junio logré comunicarla por suerte. En esta ocasión le indiqué que aceptaba la opción que inicialmente ella me había presentado en cuanto a la devolución de mi dinero. La Sra. Vélez negó haber hecho tal ofrecimiento. Luego de más de media hora en espera, me indicó que lo único que Tampa Advance Dental Solutions podía hacer en mi caso era entregarme tan solo el 50% de la totalidad del dinero que yo había pagado para dicha evaluación. Es absurdo y rídiculo que esta clínica pretenda quedarse con mi dinero cuando el incumplimiento, irresponsabilidad, la crasa falta de diligencia y compromiso ético fue causado por los referidos doctores y Tampa Advance Dental Solutions. Ellos han incumplido con su compromiso y ahora quieren imponerme a mi una penalidad reteniendo en su poder absurdamente y sin motivos parte de mi dinero. No recomiendo esta clínica a nadie porque son muy irresponsables, oportunistas y solo actúan en su conveniencia anteponiendo sus propios intereses personales y pecuniarios ante los de sus pacientes.

DR. EDGAR DAVILA HAS BEEN MY DENTIST FOR OVER 13 OR 14 YEARS. SINCE DAY ONE THAT OUR DAUGHTER CONTACTED THEM DUE TO MY DENTAL SITUATION AND A PHOBIA OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. I WAS TREATED BY DR. DAVILA AND HIS STAFF, VERY GENTLE AND PUT ME AT EASE THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THE DENTAL PROCEDURE WITHOUT ANY WORRIES ON MY PART. SINCE THAT DAY I WAS EVALUATED ABOUT MY DENTAL PROCEDURE, AND WHEN I NEEDED TO GO TO HAVE MY DENTAL PROCEDURE DONE I FELT COMPLETELY AT EASE. DR. EDGAR DAVILA AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF WAS GOD SENT. THEY ALSO HAVE THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLGY AVAILABLE. I WENT BACK TODAY 3-9 2015 FOR SOME DENTAL ISSUES AGAIN I WAS TREATED VERY PROFESSIONALLY, THEIR STAFF IS BEYOND AWESOME, I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY DENTAL SITUATIONS. THEIR STAFF IS VERY MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE, AND TREAT YOU WITH THE HIGHEST RESPECT. MY WIFE HAVE TO HAVE DENTAL WORK DONE SOON, AND SHE IS PLANNING WITH GODS WILL TO GO TO TAMPA ADVANCED DENTAL SOLUTIONS, AND TO HAVE DR. DAVILA TAKE CARE OF HER DENTAL NEEDS. DR. EDGAR DAVILA IS GOT THE HIGHEST CREDENTIALS IN THIS FIELD, PLUS THE MOST ADVANCED EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY. MAY GOD ALWAYS BLESS EACH ONE OF THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS. my name is Maria, I am 85 years old and I live a great life! I came to Dr. Davila so that he would give me an honest opinion of my teeth. It had been almost 5 years since I lost nearly all my teeth. I was using a removable partial which was making my life miserable , they were unstable and it was simply embaressing. When I came to the united states , I came with little hope, since I had been told in the past back in my country that I had very little bone. This is when I found Dr. Davila. I found the Doctor I had been looking for .He was honest, professional and dedicated. After he did a complete evaluation at his office,( which I have to say has the most advanced and up date technology ) He told me he could help me! Thats excatly what he did!! He changed my lifestyle!! He placed 5 dental Implants and a fixed denture. This meant I would never have to remove my teeth! I am so greatful to God first ,then to Dr. Davila because he was able to help me when I felt noone else could.Words cannot express how happy and contempt I am! The entire process was just great from removing my teeth , to placing the Implants and completing my fixed teeth. If you are looking for a dentist who will be dedicated to you and your treatment needs this is the one. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Stay away from this dental practice. They are unprofessional in every sense of the way! I had an appointment, which they canceled two days prior. They told me that he teaches at USF and had a class that day. First of all, why would they schedule that appointment to begin with. Do they not have technologies where they can block off his schedule? Im pretty sure that classes at USF are planned and coordinated. Anyway, thats not the end of it. So, they rescheduled me for the next week. I received the remainder call the day before the appointment and even called them back. I arrived at the appointment today, and it was like walking into a time warp. I checked in and waited for an hour. Then they called me to the front and asked me what was I doing there. The two receptionists said that I didnt have an appointment today. Luckily, I still that the voicemail from yesterday although it didnt do much good. They told me that the dentist had to go to the hospital to treat a cancer patient! This is the biggest joke! PLEASE do not go to this dentist unless you want to waist your time and want to hear the most ridiculous lies. By the way, I just looked him up on USF, and he is not a teacher there...

For the previous reviewer... I would like to comment... Dr. Edgar Davila and his office are amazing people. They are caring and are very good at what they do. My 8 year old son (who by the way was the cancer patient he was treating) was seen by Dr. Davila in an operating room that morning. Before you go making accusations you should find out the facts. Dr. Davila is a great dentist. My 8 year old son, as I said before, was diagnosed with Sinonasal Undifferentiated Carcinoma he had to have his entire top palate removed from his mouth. Dr. Davila came in and was able to create an obturator to assist my son in being able to swallow, eat and speak. I am super grateful for everything that Dr. Davila and his team have given back to my son. My review was not going to start this way but after reading this ridiculous persons review I had to. I would recommend Dr. Edgar Davila to anyone I know and dont know.
