Horrible service. My boyfriend just recently went in for a consultation and it was the most horrible experience with a dentist. First of all the doctor continuously talked over him when he was trying to explain the issues he was having. Then as he is voicing his concerns about not being put under for a surgery the doctor was already walking out the door with his bags waving his arms going " itll be fine youll be fine" and then left. Being that they had good prices we decided to transfer to another location to see a different dentist for the surgery. When he called to try and do this the women at the front desk asked him why he wanted to switch and he told her the above ^ and that he felt rushed. She then proceeded to tell him he was the one rushing the doctor because he had the latest appointment and mentioned having to pick me up from work when it was over. Then she continued by trying to talk about the doctors qualifications and cutting off my boyfriend once again. And when he asked for his call to be transferred to the other location she said they werent taking calls and they would have to call him back later. And of course he never received a call. Our familys struggled to get money together to get the help he needed and now weve wasted a couple hundred just on one appointment with a lousy dentist. Thanks a lot. I highly recomand you save your money and time !

My girlfriend recently had an emergency visit to this location! We called and walked in with no appointment- she was seen practically straight away. The dentist removed two of her wisdom teeth! The whole visit took only 2 hours, the procedure was only 40 minutes! She says: "The experience was great! Im terrified of needles, but they calmed me down. The only thing that hurt was the needles and it wasnt even that bad! The dentist was very kind and told me exactly what was gonna happen and when to expect things. I laughed through the experience! Today I have no pain whatsoever- no swelling! Im impressed considering I had one impacted wisdom tooth and one that was fully out of my jaw, removed! I thought I wouldnt be able to go teach my students the next day but here I am back to work with no soreness or pain! I strongly recommend this dentist to literally anyone!! It was just such a great experience!!"

Had an extraction a few hours ago and I have a low tolerance for pain, but felt absolutely no pain at all. I was not expecting to need a wisdom tooth pulled, hoping only for a cavity to be filled. His staff, especially his dental assistant, made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire procedure prior to the extraction. Dr Patel seems to have a warm and compassionate manner that eludes confidence and competency. The prices were good, the service was quick and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My experience was certainly the "Serenity" their namesake implies.

Dr Natel is just the best. Ive been afraid of the dentist my whole life. (I was a child of the 70s and children Were chastised because of cavities.) As always everything was explained to me and oral health was emphasized but not beat over my head. Sometimes you respect when your doctor looks at you as an adult making your own choices. Ive recently began to get my mouth in shape and Im looking forward to actually going to the dentist!!!

The unprofessional front desk staff is the reason for one star. I was called "sweetie" by a member of the front desk staff in a very condescending and rude manner. Also, the front desk was rude to me in front of other patients in the lobby and because of her lack of professionalism. I will be finding a new dentist all together. I dont trust anyone that would allow such rude staff to provide me any services. Very disappointing.

From the time you walk in until your Goodbyes Serinity Dental is focused on You and your dental Care. Great explanation is given about the procedures and outcome and payment.You will not leave lacking full understanding of these three things. The service at Serinity is Outstanding .

Although I wasnt too pleased with some of the office staff, this place gets five stars from me because Dr. Nitash Patel and his assistants have been great. I just had my first extraction done (wisdom) tooth and I was so nervous but Nitash is so professional and polite hes good at keeping the whole experience a calm one, so I plan on sticking with this office. Highly recommend.

The staff was always helpful, friendly, professional and very understanding. The dentist never seemed to care about explaining or even mentioning different options, for example Implants vs. Dentures. Most important to him it seemed, getting me to leave as fast as possible. This dentist wants to see as many patients as possible, I do not recommend this dentist.

i had to have an extraction and was very nervous especially after almost being ripped off by an oral surgeon in tampa palms.(beltran) dr nitash patel saw me right away and administered plenty of novacane thats it. the tooth was out in no time and i had ZERO pain.i highly recomend serenity dental (collier pky). he was very professional. i found my new dentist!!

The hygienist is thorough and informative, dentist is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable during the work, overall great atmosphere. Rated a 4 because the office staff could be more organized. Once booked online and the appointment was never acknowledged, also there was some possible overbooking and a room wasnt available at appointment time.

Ive seen Dr Nilash Patel for 2 years now and he is wonderfully skilled and warm. I had major dental surgery last year... extractions, bridge work... and he kept me comfortable and educated me during the entire process. He is sincere, friendly and professional! Any opportunity I have to recommend him, I do!!! would recommend him to anyone!!!

THE WORST, they lied and told me I had 4 cavities. I tried to go to them when I couldnt get to my normal dentist, they told me I had 4 cavities, and I was shocked because Ive only ever had 1 in my life so to go 6 months later and hear I had 4??? I left and went to my regular dentist and she confirmed I actually had NONE! Do not trust them.

I had the most amazing experience at serenity dental. The staff was so warm and friendly. Dr. Patel is an angel on earth. I had two teeth extracted, and felt no pain at all. I finally found the dentist I will go to for the rest of my life. Thank you guys so very much. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Definitely chose the right dentist. After visiting several different offices I chose Serenity dental because of there friendly staff and up to date technology. Dr. Patel was truly a professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend!

Seen right away. Doctors assistant did a great job taking x-rays and explaining payment options(after seen by doctor of course). Doctor was very thorough with explaining any and all problems. Also explained answers to any questions or concerns I had very effectively.
