This was my first appointment and was told over the phone that I would be getting a comprehensive exam, X rays, cleaning and filing. I had called prior to ensure that my insurance would be accepted and what would be covered. I was told I would receive a phone call back the following day in regards to this. I never received a phone call. I called two days later and the person who is in charge of insurance was out of the office and had never called my insurance company. Therefore I had to move my appointment back to ensure that my insurance would be accepted. While at the dentist office, I was waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was told that a light went out therefore they were behind. During my X rays, the hygienist had to re-take several because she was taking pictures of he wrong side of my mouth. This process took about 20+ minutes and was very uncomfortable. I was then taken into the exam room to take digital pictures using a small camera. The plastic cover on the camera protecting my mouth from being exposed to the camera was making he pictures unclear so she attempted to then use the camera without the cover. I immediately stopped her due to the lack of cleanliness on those types of tools. It is clearly meant to be used with a protecting cover for a reason. The dentist then came in and the exam lasted about 10 minutes. During that time she informed that I had been misinformed and I would not be getting a cleaning or filing done. She spent more time telling me about unnecessary services I was not interested in getting done anytime soon. I now just received my paperwork that was mailed to me to send to my insurance company and someone elses information was "mistakingly" placed in my envelope. This persons SS #, address, employer, ALL information you would not want someone else having a hold of is in there with mine. When I called the office they did not seem in the least bit concerned that someone elses information was placed in my envelope. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Horrible experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. As a new patient, I waited an hour and 15 minutes in a hot waiting room, with a small fan, before I was even seen. I had to ask for the paperwork to fill out myself. Once I was taken back they took x-rays, which took about 40 minutes. The dentist, Dr. Tomnlinson, finally came in and proceeded to tell me she was going to pull 4 of my teeth. I have since had a second opinion by another dentist and an endodontist and was told I need two root canals and the others need filings. No teeth need to be pulled. Dr. Tomnlinsons office also told me it would cost a total of $8,000 for all of the work I needed done. The second opinion dentist I went to, with a state of the art facility, said they had never heard of anything like that, and with him saving my teeth it would cost half that. I was clearly upset in Dr. Tomnlinsons chair having been told my teeth needed to be pulled, I was trying to come to terms about what that would mean for my diet, and said I love steaks and Dr. Tomnlinson replied "you can still eat steaks, just put it in a blender first." Completely unprofessional all around. They told me they wouldnt release my x-rays to me personally, and its been two weeks and still have not sent the x-rays to my new dentist. I have spoken to multiple people there and they are extremely rude. The new dentist office Im going to is completely baffled by the lack of professionalism and plan for course of treatment. Save your moth - do not go to this office.

My first appointment. Man when i tell you this office is GREAT, for me to never been to the dentist they treated me as if i was family and as if they new me for a long time. There was a short wait due to my insurance I gave them the wrong info but they was very nice about everything. I was there for about 1hr and 10min but it felt more like 30min. it was so much fun they make me laugh all the time. Dr.Tomlinson is great and Dr.Mcdonald she extracted my tooth and i didnt even feel nothing.(What soft hands she got) Both Doctors explained my treatment to me in full then sent me to there finical coordinator and she explanied it to me again so this way when i left the office i new what was going on in my mouth. I will recommend Dr. Tomlinson ANd Dr.Mcdonald to every one. The whole office was OUTSTANDING. I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST NOW. I have more appointments coming up and i just cant wait until I go back so this way i can get my hollywood smile thanks to Dr. Tomlinson & Dr.Mcdonald WORLDS BEST DENTIST

I had an appointment scheduled for 02-15-2016, on my day off. My appt was set for 11:30. I was called in the back at 12pm, and wasnt seen until 1:30pm. I was very disguised, having to wait. I was even more disgusted at the fact one of the dental assistants was trying to force me to go grab lunch and come back in the afternoon after I have wasted my entire morning. The assistants also complained about how they dont get lunch at times, which is irrelevant to me. I came for a service, Im paying MY money and expect to get the proper and prompt service that I should. Also, I was given one price prior to having dental work done. Today, 03-20-2016 I checked my mailbox and received a letter stating that I owe an additional $500 dollars. This is the second time Ive received an after the fact letter nearly a month after service. It frustrates me because I was not given accurate information PRIOR to service on either occasion. I will NEVER step foot back in this dental office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tomlinsons practice since 2007. I find it to be efficient and extremely well run. Their office is neat and always well maintained. And the waiting time for services minimal and reasonable. The doctors are very knowledgeable and well versed on the latest dental techniques and services. They explain required procedures and services in language very easily understood. The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. They perform their jobs in a very professional manner and make your visit as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be. The atmosphere is relaxed and family like. I would suggest that anyone needing a dentist or looking to change dentist give them a test drive. You will not regret it.

Supreme excellence. I am very picky about the dentist and this was the best dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Tomlinson and her staff have a fantastic chairside manner and are knowledgeable. Dr. Tomlinson showed me my xrays and explained their significance on a TV screen in front of me. Amanda, my hygienist, explained aspects of my cleaning and oral care that no one has ever taken the time for before. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Very comfortable and up-to-date facilities. I am a RN and look out for excellence in health care delivery, and this place is a gem.

I have been a patient with Dr T for years. My son and my daughter love Dr. McDonald. Ive always found them to have a well run office. Dr. T is always friendly and joking to make you feel comfortable. I can also attest to them being reasonable price because I had a second opinion on a deep cleaning and they made the payment arrangements affordable and reasonable for me to pay. Thanks for being a asset to me and the community!
