My experience with Dr. McPherson was a highly positive and enjoyable one. I found myself needing to have two old fillings replaced. I had tried several other dentists to take the place of my old dentist who retired several years ago. I had not had much success and was not looking forward to yet another try to find a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. McPherson by my periodontist. Dr. McPherson was able to find an appointment for me on short notice. Things started out very positively when I arrived with her receptionist greeting me by name when I walked through the door even though this was my first visit to her office. The doctor soon appeared and held a short private discussion with me in the reception room clearly indicating that she had reviewed my X-rays that had been forwarded to her, that she was already familiar with my case and that she was well prepared to take care of the task at hand. Dr. McPherson clearly projects a confident, caring, professional and capable manner. I immediately felt completely at ease with her and her staff. I am not a qualified judge of the complexity of the work she performed with these two fillings but I was completely confident that the work would go well. Needless to say there was no pain or problem with the work. It was easy to see that both Dr. McPherson and her assistant, Kim, were highly capable and experienced, worked extremely well together and were highly interested in making sure that I was never in pain, that I was happy and that the work went well. I have found my new dentist! If your experience with Dr. McPherson is anything like mine you will walk away from her office feeling like you have received the best possible dental care from a truly capable, caring team. I am almost looking forward to my next dental problem and next visit with Dr. McPherson and her excellent staff.

This was the best trip to the dentist I have ever had! The facility was immaculate and welcoming, the staff were friendly and efficient and the service was superb. I was taken into the back in less then 5 minutes, the dental hygienist was friendly and talked me through the steps of their initial appointment for people and why we were doing certain X-rays and exams. I never felt that I was being pressured into unnecessary things. Not only was the dental hygienist friendly but she was incredibly fast and thorough with my cleaning, my teeth have never looked so white after an appointment! The doctor was very respectful and personable, he took his time to get a good exam and offer recommendations. Making a next appointment was easy, and they told me immediately what the cost was going to be to me after my insurance to get a cavity filled. It was a relief to know right away what I was going to be expecting. And finally the dentist chair they have gives you a back massage while they do your work. After a long day at work nothing is better then that. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I literally drive out of my way just so I can go to this dentistry! - Their staff is great, very knowledgable, and always friendly. I asked out of curiosity how much a service would cost when I was leaving one day and they said theyd look up my insurance and call me before the day was out with the info so I wouldnt have to wait (and they followed through) - Appointments are on-time and efficient (super important to me - I was in and out for a cleaning in under 45mins) - Scheduling and appointment management is easy (they send helpful text/email reminders) - Office is a new space, very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable - They provide a lot of different services -- for example, I just made a follow-up appointment to my routine cleaning next month to get fitted for a new night guard

Im so happy I found Severn River Dental Health Center! Going to the dentist has always made me nervous for some reason, but the staff and doctors here made me feel very comfortable. Cindy was awsome, so welcoming and friendly. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she was doing during the cleaning, which helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Yeremi was great and very friendly also. He explained clearly what was going on with my teeth, and what I needed moving forward. I left with a clear treatment plan and the costs associated, and was able to easily book my next appointments. I would definitely recommend Severn River Dental Health Center to anyone!

It is a true delight having a dentist like Dr. McPherson. She is extremely professional, up-to-date on the latest dental technology, and one of the nicest dentist Ive ever had. She takes the time to explain every detail of the procedure needed and what to expect during and after the procedure. My experience with her is like being with a good friend. She and her staff are A-1 professionals in every way and I could not be happier with my experience in her office. If you are afraid to visit the dentist, visit Dr. McPherson. She will wash your fears away with gentle kindness and always with a warm and happy smile. You will not regret your visit!

Severn River Dental is amazing. Everyone from the front office staff to the hygenist were so personable and helpful. They had no problem going above and beyond to answer every question, the receptionist even made an appointment for me with a specialist while I was having my teeth cleaned so that I could leave there and head straight to the specialist. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.

First of all, they are open on Fridays ! That is wonderful. Everyone I talked to and had contact with were so nice, friendly and professional. I called in pain , and Id never been there before, they got me in just a couple hours later . The office and waiting rooms are very clean and modern. I will definitely be going back for the rest of my dental needs.

The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and very careful. There were no lectures like other dentists tend to give. I was not pressured into any procedures and they didnt try and "sell" me anything. They treated me with respect, unlike other places where I was talked to like a child. A great experience!
