I was quoted a price, and that was 1/3 of the bill I received 3 months later. A service was recommended(not needed) and I am in no means wealthy. I told them the only way I would agree to her suggested and painful service was if it was cheap enough and that my insurance would cover most of it. I had them check twice through my insurance before I would let them set the appointments. After receiving the first bill I then called billing. Woman said she saw the notes in my file and would fix the problem. There was no call back from her and I assumed it was fixed. A month goes by and I then receive a second bill. I called again and this woman said she would call me back with an answer as to why I was still getting this bill. I did not hear back from the office. I received a third bill 2 weeks later with a PAST DUE. I questioned billing twice after, only thing she could do was tell me that no written quote was found in my file, that the dentist is never easy and the price is still cheaper then anywhere around. I understand procedures can be expensive and you can pay a little at a time but, I believe you should stick to your written & verbal quotes and for that I will not be a returning patient.

In all ways, the best dental office Ive been to. Dr. Greenstein and his whole staff are skilled, professional, and genuinely nice people. Their work is truly excellent, managing our complex and simple dental issues. They bend over backward to make my whole family feel comfortable and even enjoy the visits. They respect each patients unique needs and situations, and they give advice that is in favor of the best health of their patients (never to emphasize any commercial products). They are absolutely fair in pricing and billing, they keep very convenient hours (a must for working families), including Saturdays!

I have came here on an off over 15 years.. my last experience I wont be returning.. It was an emergency appointment, I didnt feel It was treated as an emergency.. then I call to have my pain killers refilled and I felt I was treated as a junkie and they wouldnt fill them, and wanted me to come in if Im in pain..DUH isnt that the pain killers purpose??? And miss More Work Time.!! Never have I had an issue like this with a dentist office before. Definitely Will Not be Returning

Been with Dr. Greenstein almost since he first started. Liked it better when he wasnt so busy. Dont like to wait too long past my appointment. He is a good dentist. Like every thing he has done for me.
