Dr. Lindhorst at the Cinco Ranch Clinic location in Katy, TX was great, however they are poorly staffed and the reception staff didnt know what to charge me for the services. Very Very unprofessional staff. She did not credit my out of pocket payment for processing to the billing department in Houston and did not file my payment with my insurance company towards my deductible. Thankfully I have my receipt. I do not recommend this location until they upgrade their staff or move to a better location.

I do not recommend the services of this clinic. First time I went there they were very disorganized and in a rush. I thought that it was only on that occasion. I went there a second time one year after the first visit and it was even worse. The staff seems unhappy, they are in a rush with too many patients booked at the same time, they are very disorganized, did not do a good in terms of patient care, and they have inconsistent billing procedures.

Dr Adesina is great. Staff at front desk is very helpful. Knowledgeable staff about a rare vision disorder. Dr Adesina was able to explain the problem to us when other doctors couldnt. Easy to access, right off the light rail. Large open waiting area, quick service. Starbucks available on first floor is an added bonus =)

Staff was courteous, and I did not have a long wait (Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza location). Dr. Kellaway is fantastic. She always asks what is going on in my life so she can determine if anything will impact my eye condition. She gives me straight answers to my questions. I couldnt ask for more from a caregiver.

The clinic is the best i have ever been to. They saved my sight and have taken the best care in my recovery. Dr. Kukuyev and Dr. Kim have to be the best in their relative fields. I had complete confidence that no matter the outcome they had done their best. The staff is top notch and i actually enjoyed going there.

I saw Dr. Karina Richani and she was great. My eye exam was done on time. I finished my registration at the desk and immediately was called into the exam room. Not a second wasted!! I havent seen that kind of service in a clinical setting in a very long time. Dr. Richani gets 5 stars!

Dr. Stella Kim is incredible. She treated me following a stem cell transplant. I had remarkable results. If you have GVHD of the eyes, she is the one to "see".
