I had been looking for a vision center for quite some time and after hearing the commercial on the radio, I decided to give this location a try. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a vision center. There was essentially no wait time, the staff was phenomenal (very friendly, down to earth, approachable), the doctor was very experienced, and Ashley Hall was the best. I cant really see well without glasses and contacts and I had my eyes dilated as I was picking out frames for my glasses, I told Ashley that I trusted her opinion to find the right frames because I couldnt see a thing and boy did she deliver. She was very patient with me as I tried on at least 20 different frames, and the way she enlisted the help of her coworkers to help with the final decision and their willingness to help was a true display of teamwork. Im so glad I picked this office. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend my family and friends.

The staff were rude and inattentive. When I gave my insurance card to the receptionist she acted like she didnt believe that I had a vision plan. The lady who put in the order for my frames and lenses too far too much time and seemed to have no sense of urgency about taking care of my order. Then, my glasses took longer to arrive than promised. I am unhappy with the service I received. I will not be doing business with Berkeley Eye Center again. I will go to Lenscrafters in Willowbrook mall where they can get my glasses done in a few hours for cheaper and with better service.

Dr. Farahani was GREAT! I took my dad to see Dr. Farahani and he was very professional, understandable and nice. He listened to EVERYTHING that my dad had to say and explained everything to him in detail. We are very thankful to have gone to The Berkeley Eye Center with Dr. Farahani and will definitely continue to make our appointments with him. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Farahani to anyone. Ive been going to Berkeley Eye Center since 2009 and I am always please after my visits. The clinic recently moved to a new location and is nicely remodeled. The staff is extremely kind and helpful to whatever needs you have and will work with you 100% to find the best options for you! I will fully recommend any new patients to come to Berkeley Eye Center.

I just called to see what my out of pocket expense would be to get my eyes examined there with my insurance and the front desk girl wouldnt look it up. She said she could book me an appointment and verify my insurance 3 days before the appointment and that was it. Ridiculous. I will be taking my business somewhere they have an actual interest in it.

This is my second visit to a Berkeley Eye Center. Dr. Reid and all the staff are great, they are friendly and very professional. I was able to get a quick appointment and my routine exam done in a timely manner. During my first visit to The Woodlands Office, my mother and I also received outstanding service. Very impressed with their front desk and check out service. Sarah, the technician who did the preliminary tests, was incredible. Dr. Gloyd is one of the best optometrists I have visited several years. I never felt rushed and was given ample opportunity to ask questions. If you live in the Champions area you should give them a try.

My entire family goes to Berkeley at Champions! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and prompt! The optometrist was very thorough and the took time to answer tons of questions about my daughters change in vision. They also have a wide variety of frames and wonderful people to help you pick out just the right pair!

Dr. Reid and the staff are always very professional, well informed, and easy to talk to. Always a pleasure dealing with them. The office hours are a bit short so check/call before you go if you dont have an appointment. They are only open on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, Google didnt seem to know that.

I have been going to Berkeley Eye Champions for Years and I always have the best service. The staff is very friendly and most have been there a long time. The doctors are awesome and take very good care when checking your eyes. When picking your glasses they always are helpful in getting you the best look.

Great Doctors! Great Staff! Dr. Reid found that I had a partial retina detachment and was experiencing some systems that was causing him some concerns. His staff immediately sent me to a retina specialist who gave me laser treatments that took care of the problem. Thanks Berkeley Eye Center.

I have been seeing Dr Reid since 2007. He is a very thorough doctor, answers all questions. Has the friendliest staff ever!! Service is always quick and never any problems. Today I was there and was in and out and on my way to work. No long wait times!! Keep up the good work

Absolutely no respect for my time! Appointment was at 3:15pm; I showed up early to complete paperwork. Its now 3:30 pm and Im still sitting in the waiting room, bored and about to go to sleep. I loathe people who disrespect my time!
